Issues I am noticing include Service Manager not paying attention to my needs and comments while working with me Service Sticker in the window is not being replaced When questions are asked, I am being blown off as not being able to understand the answer (my husband and I have rebuilt several cars, I'm not exactly a novice) When sent the normal service rating email, the link does not work More

I have always been very impressed with Subaru as a product and their customer service but this past month I had to have an expensive repair dont to my CVT. Not only did they give me a loaner to take home to Greenwood but they also went above and beyond to help me afford the repair and maintenance that need to be done on my car. I told them I wanted to keep my car in good working order for at least another 80,000 miles and that is exactly what they helped me do. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my family!!!! More
