This is my second Subaru that I bought for myself. I purchased a 2019 Subaru Outback from Adventure and was asked if I was interested in the ascent. I thought it to big at the time for my needs. 2020 ro purchased a 2019 Subaru Outback from Adventure and was asked if I was interested in the ascent. I thought it to big at the time for my needs. 2020 rolls around and I get a loaner for service work, a 2021 Ascent. I realized that it was a bigger vehicle than wat I need, but it is more useful and fits me better than the outback due to my height. So I traded up! Working with the dealership has always been wonderful for service and vehicle sales. Everyone is pleasant and professional. The Ascent deal was particularly important, since I have a pretty tight schedule. The vehicle was ordered and as much pre-paperwork that could be completed was completed. Final details and signatures when the vehicle arrived were pretty quick since all of the prepped paper work was in place. I really like the no haggle and reasonable prices. I purchased a bicycle rack with the Outback which had the smaller receiver hitch (1 1/4") and now with the Ascent it would be a 2" receiver hitch. With a little research, we found Kuat makes an adapter piece to use the same rack and the larger adapter. This also makes the rack more versatile since I can remove the adapter later to use on another vehicle if I need to. But that isn't really going to be an option since we will be taking the Ascent... :) Buying a vehicle has always been a tedious chore in the past. But not at Adventure. While I worked with Ian as a sales rep for the outback, I worked with Chad on the Ascent. That said, I can assure everyone that any of the sales team will go above and beyond expectations to make sure everything is right and that the customer is always happy. My next vehicle will be from Adventure as well. More

I have never been treated better at any dealership. Their sales reps really put your needs first and their service staff is the best I have encountered.
