I was taken advantage of this week. How many inspections and filters do they need to change anyway? They should have changed it last week with the oil change. The car was brought in due to low tire pressure - tires purchased the at Advantage Toyota. I wanted the oil changed..done. This week saw the same problem with the tires..another 100 for a filter change that should have been done last week! This is a serious rip off. There will be no more business for them from me. More

I went to have an oil change and to have him look at a recall for the battery. I waited for the car you took a very long time like about 2 1/2 hours. Nobody really came and said how long it would be which recall for the battery. I waited for the car you took a very long time like about 2 1/2 hours. Nobody really came and said how long it would be which I think they should have done. Also, nobody told me anything about the recall of the battery how it was, or if everything was okay. I would've like to know if the battery was okay as far as voltage and other things. The service guy took my information for the car and what I needed to be done. But I never heard from him until I got my car when it was ready which is very long. More
The mechanic are slackers the service managers are not professional don’t communicate with customer. The service manager did not let me know my car needed additional repair before work order was complet professional don’t communicate with customer. Three hours waited on 4/25/22 no video was sent to customer until I made a complain , the mechanic said found leaking engine gasket. After he sign off the work ticket so I have go for additional car repair. This my second incident with service manager and mechanic not communicated with my car best interest. More

On February 17th I drove it for about an hour And the check engine light comes on! Where do I go from here More
