I wanted to purchase the maintenance package for my Camry. I wanted to use my renewal on the service on my car. I was told I could not and I have to purchase the maintenance package plus pay for the service on my car. I have bought two cars from this dealer which they told the biggest lie I have ever heard. If I had been told that the maintenance package will be expiring, I would have bought an extended package at that time.

Service is absolutely awful. Did work that I didn’t authorize and still charged me for it. Told me my car would be done same day had to bring it back another day. Made me wait 3 More
