DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.I “purchased” a used 2019 Toyota Camry and financed it through the dealership.- I put “purchased” in quotes because after I had been driving the car for a couple of weeks (and Toyota Camry and financed it through the dealership.- I put “purchased” in quotes because after I had been driving the car for a couple of weeks (and paid out of pocket for upgrades), the dealership claimed the loan I financed through them didn't go through and then tricked me into getting the car back. -1. They told me I had bought the car, but really hid in the “fine print” that my loan wasn’t approved and, if it wasn’t approved, they would take it right back.2. They lied to me saying they needed to review extra financial documents to trick me into bringing the car back.3. While there they threatened to call the police if I didn’t give the car back immediately.4. I had a lawyer just ask for the $240 I put into the car back. In response, they threatened to sue me for using the car they had sold me.-This dealership tricked me into taking my car back, and then they demanded I hand over the keys because of some fine print and then sold my car to someone else with myupgraded features (tinted windows) on the car. Yes, I had upgraded the windows, and they sold my upgraded car to someone else, and forced me to hand over the keys or they'd call the cops while my son was there.--I basically upgraded this car for them to sell to someone else, all the while being publiclyhumiliated.- Great deal for them.Even worse, this was in the middle of the state’s coronavirus shut down, adding more stress to an already stressful situation. Really goes to their customer service. -All I want is the money I spent on the windows (even though they publicly humiliated mein front of my son by demanding I hand over the keys or they'd call the cops.)-I was seriously disturbed by the way this dealership handled a routine car sale and turned it into a fiasco.-Watch what they put in the fine print.- It's near impossible to know what they're capable of pulling off since they know you're not going to read a 100 page contract while you're sitting in a dealership.- They deceived me.- --If you buy a car from this dealership, you better understand what they have you sign – you may only be “borrowing” it and they could take the car back if their bank decides notto approve you.- And if you drive away with the car, and three weeks later their bank decides not to approve you, they will expect you to pay them for using the car and threaten you with a lawsuit if you don’t.-It would be great if when you buy a car, you could rest assured that it is your car.- And not be swindled to take it back More

It was recommended that I go to advantage and see Service Writer, Mike Torres. His customer service demeanor was superior. Nice human being. Patiently answered all questions. Honest, too Car was repaired by a fellow named Martin. It now runs well. I am a very particular customer. I will be returning. The dealership is a bit farther from my residence, than former repair shop, but well worth the drive. They have gained a new customer More

From hitting on me after viewing my pay stubs, having me test 2 cars without checking credit, bullied me into asking my father for a trade in/cosign to losing my reference sheet and blamed me for it and even threatened for me to return car. Then the stalker calls and messages followed until i blocked him. Until that man is no longer employed, I will never buy a car again from Advantage Toyota. More
