Took my Prius in for its 6 month/1 year service, under the warranty. Everybody was very polite. Service took a little over one hour. Waiting area is very nice. When it was done, I was presented with t the warranty. Everybody was very polite. Service took a little over one hour. Waiting area is very nice. I was a very Happy customer. I went for an oil change. I came to the service department where they ask what type of services are needed, and I was greeted by Patti at Customer Service. She was sooooo nice, came to the service department where they ask what type of services are needed, and I was greeted by Patti at Customer Service. She was sooooo nice, she asked what I had came in for and I told her, then she took me in at her desk and did the computer work order. And then we had a nice conversation. She is such a sweetheart soooo nice and understanding. I had told her I was having an Excellent day with Customer Service representatives. So I would recommend that if you stop by say Hello to Patti. I brought in my Advantage purchase Prius (bought last year post-Sandy to replace my Sandy destroyed Prius) for a complimentary State inspection. Every time I come for service I always have some sort of issue,. Although the intake employee was ok the people you have at the cashier desk are not very good.
