After having my 25,000 mile ser I just wanted to tell you what a great operation you have going there at Advantage from one customer’s point of view. After having my 25,000 mile service there, a problem was found by your guys with the right front strut. Julian Cardona could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Of course I was thrilled when you covered it under my extended warranty, but also the manner in which it was handled was so quick, professional, and personal, I felt like family. My wife is bringing in the RAV4 tomorrow for service and we will both continue to come to your store (and Julian) even though it is a little farther for us. I have tried five local Toyota dealers for service to both my RAV4 and Avalon, and none compares to the efficiency, friendliness, and feeling of welcome that we get from Advantage. From Julian, to the kid who met me at the service door, to the valet and cashier, it is a great experience. I will be coming back to Advantage for all my service needs from now on. More
