We contacted this reviewer to get to the bottom of any issues, and make things right for him. While DealerRater indicated that "Russel" did indeed read our private message, he didn't respond via DealerRater or by phone or e-mail, and we have no way of determining out who (she is, nor find any records of a 10,000 mile service visit that matched his description. We are left to believe that this was a bogus review.
