Exactly as estimated I had very good experience doing my first oil change and inspection with them. It took exactly as long a they said it would. Rudeness is not good business practice. ZERO STARS It took a year and a call to Toyota Corporate for them to even service the warranty repair on my car. Offered additional service to the tune of $1000+ It took a year and a call to Toyota Corporate for them to even service the warranty repair on my car. Offered additional service to the tune of $1000+ that I wish I never agreed to, because they caused another $1600 worth of repairs. Of course, they aren't taking responsibility for it, but it's related to the original "repair" work. Their phones never work. Although, I've seen Andy drop customer calls into his already-full voicemail. I ONLY get a call back if I call Toyota corporate, and even they tell me it's up to the independently owned dealer to fix a problem they caused. It's been 2 weeks and no response other than "we'll fix it... For $1600". Rude, dismissive, fleecing tricksters. More
