Very respectful and informative and i even got my car back before the time he had promised me. The only problem i had is when my car was ready and i went to get it, instead of the technician taking my car to me (as they normally do) he was handing me the key to go get my car. Another technician told him that he should go get the car and bring it to me in the front. Very odd. More
