Positive with second service advisor. I felt that the problems regarding my car were understood when I spoke with Mr. Tracey Bolden. He listened, did not try to talk over me and gave me cl I felt that the problems regarding my car were understood when I spoke with Mr. Tracey Bolden. He listened, did not try to talk over me and gave me clear information regarding the repairs of the CD player in my car. He kept me up to date on the activities done on my car. I understood why my problem couldn’t be taken care of the same day. I am willing, mainly because of his calm attitude, to return at a later time,to get the problem repaired. Listening to the customer, is number one to client relationship. Mr Bolden clearly understands this. I have to say, Mr. Bolden was not the first person I saw at Toyota that day and the first gentleman should be glad that I do not remember his name. I tried to explain to him the situation with my CD player and he led me on a wild goose chase to the parts department and back when he could have just looked at my history. He cut me off when I talked to him and I felt dismissed as if I didn’t know what I was saying. More

Great Service Department I brought in my Camry for an inspection and 1 year maintenance last Saturday morning. The moment I walked in they sat down with me, went thru everyth I brought in my Camry for an inspection and 1 year maintenance last Saturday morning. The moment I walked in they sat down with me, went thru everything going to be done and told me they need an hour and a half. Left the dealership for that amount of time and when I came back, the work was done and vehicle ready. Even received text message work was in progress. More
