I found a beautiful black on black on black 2015 Yukon Denali XL. Took a 3 hour trip from Beaverton OR to Bremerton WA for this vehicle, it was so worth it. Shane was great in Finance, got me an even better rate than i had pre-approved with my own credit union. Over all, the entire deal was done within an hour and half, the staff was very professional and helpful and the dealership inside was spotless. They quickly got me financed and did not settle with the first offer, but went with the one with the best interest rate. I drove to the dealership (from California) and the truck was as advertised. The sales staff was super friendly (everyone not just the salesman I was working with) and took the time to make the transaction seamless and smooth. The finance specialist was quick (do to my time constraints) and was not over pressuring on selling me products. The Dealer seemed nice and clean people were somewhat friendly but the service dept was nothing but a joke !!! I bought a used Nissian Rouge wanted the dealer to check it out just to make sure everything friendly but the service dept was nothing but a joke !!! I bought a used Nissian Rouge wanted the dealer to check it out just to make sure everything was good it has 34000 miles i made an appointment for and inspection and oil change and here this guy in the service dept tries to sell me a brake fluid flush and transmission service wiper blades all for 700 dollars he tells me oh it would only take 2 to 3 hours I declined and said all I want is a oil change and inspection he said it's still going to take 2 to 3 hours are you kidding me !!! With an appointment!!! Dont go their for service kinda sounds like they are very dishonest and will sell you anything they can !!! With the economy the way it is you think they would be trying to keep customers not turn them away !!!!!! More
