I go to this service center about every 3,000 miles or so for an oil change, and it is always an efficient, fluid, easy-going experience. When I arrived for service, I was ushered to the service area and was immediately nicely greeted by someone and informed that my service person would be with me shortly, which she was. We proceeded to a ser area and was immediately nicely greeted by someone and informed that my service person would be with me shortly, which she was. We proceeded to a service desk where she prepared my request and asked if I would wait or prefer a ride home. I chose to wait , and she finished my work order promptly and said I could stay in the waiting area and she will alert me when the state inspection is finished. The young women came out and said the car is being washed and would be delivered outside the service area. Also a request had been made about a tire pressure light stayed on and she noted in the work order and it was corrected. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I had no complaints. This place sucks. Your there at 7:30 for service. They do the work and let you leave with your car unwashed. They say to busy. Thats how they treat customers.
