State inspection I went in on a Friday which was a reschedule from my original appointment of Wednesday due to the inspection machine being down. GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT I had to bring my Hyundai in for a recall due to subframe corrosion. I was met at check in by Erin Pugliese who was to be my service advisor. (The service advisor at Advantage Hyundai is your primary point of contact while your car is being serviced.) She addressed all my concerns and called me when the car was ready for pickup.
