My Last Service Appointment I can say that once I arrived, a service person came out to me in a short time frame. I explained my reasons for being there and I was given a work or I can say that once I arrived, a service person came out to me in a short time frame. I explained my reasons for being there and I was given a work order and an estimated time of job completion with cost explanations. Service was completed as per stated and I was happy with my service appointment. All was good during my stay. More

I get a call on my cell and Roberto from Advantage Hyundai is outside waiting for me. To top it off, within minutes they brought the car back to me fully washed and cleaned. When you are treated right from Sales to Service, the best thank you is to get the word out how wonderful Advantage Hyundai is. More

Recall and service I had my 2011 sonata in for a recall and had a bad experience with customer service. That following Monday Lola called me and apologizes for the serv I had my 2011 sonata in for a recall and had a bad experience with customer service. That following Monday Lola called me and apologizes for the service agents attitude. They set me up with another appointment to finish my recalls and I needed service on my car. Advantage this time was so very professional from the sales agent to the customer service rep. They went above and beyond the service required. They detailed my car. It was a wonderful experience. Disappointed Brought the car in the night before for servicing. Called three times from 11am to 2:15pm to try and get a time frame as to when the car would be read Brought the car in the night before for servicing. Called three times from 11am to 2:15pm to try and get a time frame as to when the car would be ready. Only after the third time was I told it was not even looked at yet after. It was like pulling teeth getting that one piece of information. The car was not ready until 4:45. This visit was not up to par with previous experiences. I would still recommend the service center unless this happens again. It was not that it took all day , but that I wash't made aware of the fact until my whole day was lost. More
