I recently took my car in for an oil change to Advantage Hyundai. The oil change was complimentary after buying the car. I had figured they would probably rush me through just to get rid of me since it wa Hyundai. The oil change was complimentary after buying the car. I had figured they would probably rush me through just to get rid of me since it was a freeby. This dealers service center is busy and I now know why. The service is spendid. Not only did they give me the complete inspection and oil change, but they washed and vacuumed the vehicle also. I had planned to visit the car wash, and was pleasently supprised. One thing I'm always worried about when I bring my car in for service is am I going to find an oil stain on the seat or grease on the stearing wheel. I need not have worried. They placed a plastic cover over the seat, and a plastic stretch cover over the stearing wheel, as well as the customary floormat cover. It's obvious the people at this dealer want to make your service experience as pleasant as possible. More
Very helpful courteous over all great to deal with. I went to use coupon on parts at the bottom of coupon it stated please show at time of purchase , however when I went to pay the cashier said oh you ha went to use coupon on parts at the bottom of coupon it stated please show at time of purchase , however when I went to pay the cashier said oh you have to show that when ordering it would be great if this can be clarified on coupons this in no way has any reflection on the staff please l we t that be known. The employees were very friendly and polite, my issue was with the length of time I was at dealer for a simple oil change and patching of tire. I was waiting in the waiting area for over 2 hours. From that New Year's Eve Day in the showroom with the sales sta experience that I have had at Advantage Hyundi has been the best overall experience. From that New Year's Eve Day in the showroom with the sales staff to each service visit where their Service Adviser handles the appointment and the lounge area where you can wait for the car is very clean and comfortable. We recently purchased a used 2010 Hyundai Elantra from another dealership (rhymes with “Rhonda”). Within a week and a half, the car started to idle hard and buckle when it tried to accelerate. We brou another dealership (rhymes with “Rhonda”). Within a week and a half, the car started to idle hard and buckle when it tried to accelerate. We brought the car to the Advantage Hyundai dealership service center (after the other dealership balked at doing any repairs) and they immediately diagnosed that the transmission needed to be replaced. They also informed us that the repair would be covered under Hyundai’s warranty (Thank goodness we purchased a used Elantra instead of other cars we had looked at). Vinny, in the service department, ordered the new transmission and they had it installed within a few days. We were very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work performed. Thank you Vinny and the service team at Advantage Hyundai! More
Why is it good? Simply put, from the layout and location, to the very friendly staff, I find this dealer and it's service department to be excellent. The people seem to care, are good at their jobs, and hono to the very friendly staff, I find this dealer and it's service department to be excellent.
