The representatives did not seem to be concerned to help out customers with car issues, instead they are only looking for making money. My car had an Air Bag light on which is a safety issue. They charged m out customers with car issues, instead they are only looking for making money. My car had an Air Bag light on which is a safety issue. They charged me one hour of labor fees and still did not fix it. Air bag is a safety concern and they should atleast have the courtesy to make sure their customers understand the issue and fix it if they are charging money. More

I have been a regular customer for service for a number of years at Advantage Hyundai and I definitely hope to continue servicing my car there. Although I live in Queens it is worth the long trip. Came in for a routine oil change and the service representative found there was a recall for a small part on my 2011 hyundai sonata which he said they will take care of right away. He said the car should be ready in approximately an hour and fifteen minutes and it actually was ready at the time quoted with a free car wash as well. Very positive experience so far! More

I had to reschedule several times because of work and Brittany and Marie were wonderful about it. Always trying to accommodate and get a loner car booked for me, as well. Brittany gave me a tip as to how to get a morning appointment and I got it! I forgot to ask for the loner car, but when I got there my Service Customer Service Rep asked if she could have one of the techs give us a ride where we needed to go and call us when my car was ready and they would pick us up. The driver was even AWESOME. Dropped/picked us up to IHOP while we waited for my 30K service. The whole experience was soothing. And my car looks great!!!!! More

As stated earlier I own three Hyundai's all bought at Advantage I could not Erin in service, they really stepped up and took care of me and my car.
