I had to bring my car back to the dealer for the same problem before it seems that the job was done properly. If you look at the sales slip and listen to what was told to me then you would wonder how is problem before it seems that the job was done properly. If you look at the sales slip and listen to what was told to me then you would wonder how is it possible the same thing was still wrong. There was a leak of water inside the passenger side of the car. The car was brought in for service, the young lady states that both areas were cleaned out and the car was ready for pick up. The car was picked up after stopping at the first light, water rolled down the passenger side of the rug. Almost Immediately the car was returned to the dealer for the same problem that was allegedly fixed. The car was worked on and I was advised there was a nest of some sort that was cleaned out and a hose or hoses were rerouted. So far it appears to be dry on the rug. More

They are very friendly over at Advantage Hyundai and emails or contacts you often to remind you of service dates. This is the best experience I have had at a dealer. The customer service is outstanding and they do everything possible to make sure everything goes smoothly. There was not an unhappy person there. This was the second return for the same flaw in the car . . . a flaw that was there when the car was delivered. Not only is it still there, but parts were left in various places in the car. I went in one week to get the tire look at because the tire pressure light was in they said all was fine the car then had to come to get serviced because on monday I had a flat then two days later I then tire pressure light was in they said all was fine the car then had to come to get serviced because on monday I had a flat then two days later I then need to return because the tire presusse light was back on and $175.00 later they charged my account tax when we are a non for profit.so in all I feel like why does someone need to bring a car back 3 time for you to finally figure out in on little problem. I purchased my Tucson in Hicksville a few years ago. I had previously purchased my vehicles at another location; however I was not happy with my experiences with the sales department, when they were tryin had previously purchased my vehicles at another location; however I was not happy with my experiences with the sales department, when they were trying, on more then one occasion, push other vehicles on me. I walked out when the sales man talked to his supervisor and I overheard the sales man reply to his supervisor I can't say that, "she wants what she wants." That is when I walked out (for the second time!) I drove directly to Hyundai and found and purchased the car of my choice the same afternoon. My salesman Steve Toomey, did not sell me the car, he allowed me to purchase it. It was a great experience and Steve has been very helpful since then. The service department is always thoughtful, efficient, timely and cost effective. All the employees at Hyundai are always helpful and polite. I hope other dealerships will take a lesson from them. More
