My c headlight replaced and some brake work. The oil was also changed. The people that assisted me were very pleasant, professional and efficient. My car was processed quickly and I was helped by a Mr. Pete DeMieri. Mr. DeMieri asked me detailed questions about my vehicle to find out what needed to be addressed. He kept in touch with me during the course of the day about expected repair costs and to notify me when the car was ready to be picked up. My car was fixed the same day it was dropped off and has been running fine. Thanks for the assistance. I would definitely return for future work. More

On 11-12-13 brought my wife's 2007 Santa Fe in at 8:00 am for instrument panel, check engine light on, a faulty gas gauge, and the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) light on, yet again. Was met 8:00 am for instrument panel, check engine light on, a faulty gas gauge, and the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) light on, yet again. Was met that morning by a female service rep that was extremely rude to my wife when trying to explain the repeated return of vehicle for the same problem. Female service rep, whose name I do not remember, did not make eye contact, was argumentative about problem, and did not even say sorry for your inconvienence. Was told by cashier that my previous service rep, Chris O'Brien, would be handling may case. By 5:00 pm that evening I had not heard back, and called Chris who explained that they were going to keep the car overnight for more testing. After some haggling over the inconvienence of not having a vehicle, I was given a loaner car. The following day it wasn't until after 5:00 pm that the Santa Fe was fixed and ready to be picked up. I dropped off the loaner car, paid the bill, and drove the car home. The next morning when my wife drove the car to work, and when she arrived immediately called me to explain that the TPMS light came on yet again. I then called Chris O'Brien who was aware of the repeated failure to fix this problem, stated bring it back and offered a loaner car for as long as it takes. I have spent thousands of dollars servicing my wife's 2007 Santa Fe, from a new battery last month for mostly the same problems, to new tires, windshield wipers, brakes, recalls, you name it. But for some unknown reason these technicians can not seem to repair this repeated TPMS light problem. I have probably brought this car back about 6 times for the TPMS light problem. My wife is so disgusted now that she refuses to bring it in and waste her time for a problem nobody can fix. How many times does it take? Really? When does the 'Lemon Law' kick in when the authorized dealer is unable to repair the car after a reasonable number of attempts? More
