I purchased my Tucson in Hicksville a few years ago. I had previously purchased my vehicles at another location; however I was not happy with my experiences with the sales department, when they were tryin had previously purchased my vehicles at another location; however I was not happy with my experiences with the sales department, when they were trying, on more then one occasion, push other vehicles on me. I walked out when the sales man talked to his supervisor and I overheard the sales man reply to his supervisor I can't say that, "she wants what she wants." That is when I walked out (for the second time!) I drove directly to Hyundai and found and purchased the car of my choice the same afternoon. My salesman Steve Toomey, did not sell me the car, he allowed me to purchase it. It was a great experience and Steve has been very helpful since then. The service department is always thoughtful, efficient, timely and cost effective. All the employees at Hyundai are always helpful and polite. I hope other dealerships will take a lesson from them. More

First service appointment for new car. My car was taken on time and I did not have to wait too long for it to be finished. In short.....I purchased a 2007 Tuscan with 33 thousand miles on it. Got what I thought was a great deal. I did not purchase an extended warranty. The check engine light came on after a couple of weeks and miles on it. Got what I thought was a great deal. I did not purchase an extended warranty. The check engine light came on after a couple of weeks and I brought it in . They reset it and told me that it was a sensor and it would cost 265 dollars to fix. When I brought it back for the brakes after 5 days they cut the rotors and sent me on my way. After 5000 miles they told me that the rotors are shot and it will cost 350 bucks. To sum it up.........THE SMILES ARE VERY WARM AND FRIENDLY BUT THY ARE JUST LIKE ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I MADE WAS GOING THERE More
