Electrical issue I brought my car to two other places and nobody could fix the electrical issue that caused the radio to stay on after shutting the car off. State inspection I went in on a Friday which was a reschedule from my original appointment of Wednesday due to the inspection machine being down. Excellent Experience I brought the car in with a clanking noise. Service had to order the part and informed me it was not dangerous to drive home. I always bring it to Advantage for regular maintenance. They have a very good system going for customers seeking service to their vehicles. I have never seen such a professional, friendly and dedicated staff, from the time you check in to the time your vehicle is ready. Their waiting room is you of the best I have ever seen. The entire staff tries very hard to make your experience at Advantage truly excellent. I would highly recommend them to everyone. More
I have been dealing with Advantage Hyundai since I bought my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe. Unfortunately, that car was destroyed in Hurricane Sandy. I immediately returned to Advantage Hyundai to buy a replacement my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe. Unfortunately, that car was destroyed in Hurricane Sandy. GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT I had to bring my Hyundai in for a recall due to subframe corrosion. I was met at check in by Erin Pugliese who was to be my service advisor. (The service advisor at Advantage Hyundai is your primary point of contact while your car is being serviced.) She addressed all my concerns and called me when the car was ready for pickup. She personally took the car for a test ride to be sure everything "felt right". I am very happy with the work performed and intend to bring my car to them for service from now on. More
