Recall and service I had my 2011 sonata in for a recall and had a bad experience with customer service. That following Monday Lola called me and apologizes for the service agents attitude. They set me up with another appointment to finish my recalls and I needed service on my car. Advantage this time was so very professional from the sales agent to the customer service rep. They went above and beyond the service required. They detailed my car. It was a wonderful experience. Disappointed Brought the car in the night before for servicing. Called three times from 11am to 2:15pm to try and get a time frame as to when the car would be read Brought the car in the night before for servicing. Called three times from 11am to 2:15pm to try and get a time frame as to when the car would be ready. Only after the third time was I told it was not even looked at yet after. It was like pulling teeth getting that one piece of information. The car was not ready until 4:45. This visit was not up to par with previous experiences. I would still recommend the service center unless this happens again. It was not that it took all day , but that I wash't made aware of the fact until my whole day was lost. More

Happy 2010 Hyundai Genesis Owner I purchased my car in July of this year with 15347 miles for a fair price with great terms. I recently hit the 18,000 mark and brought my car in to keep it closest to the original 3,000mi service. The service department is not the quickest to get you in as they are quite busy, but fill up fluids and check air pressure while waiting. The car was done quickly and was cleaned and vacuumed when I picked it up 3 hours later. Overall happy with my purchase and service experiences at the dealership. More

Both apologized to me for the situation and remedied the problem. As usual I love Advantage Hyundai and would never think of going anywhere else to service Sonata. RECALL & INSPECTION My car was brought in 9-15-14 for recall & insp. after 7 hours it was supposedly ready. Rich called me& told me it needed windshield wipers. I agre My car was brought in 9-15-14 for recall & insp. after 7 hours it was supposedly ready. Rich called me& told me it needed windshield wipers. I agreed to the replacement, & was later called that my car was ready. Today 9-20-14 after I was ready to leave stop n shop I noticed that my inspection sticker was not on my windshield for 2015. I knew I was charged for the inspection and on my reviewing the paper work I noticed that it said I failed the inspection due to emission, Rich saw me leaving the service center as he provided cashier with the keys. He never told me about the failed inspection. Today at 2:45 I called and was told they couldn't help me and I should call back on Monday. I'm very upset right now . Where I always gave a 10 on review, I will not do so now. What happens now? Will I have to wait another 7 hrs? This is very inconvient knowing that I have to call and come back on again. More
