Disservice for older vehicles I brought in my vehicle due to hearing a noise while braking over the right tire. In addition, I noticed my engine light would flicker on and off. I drove in my 9 year old car for service that day. Later I received a call from service advising that my car engine oil valve was corroded and when attempting to take it off it broke. Apparently a piece of it enter into the engine. My car was now rendered undriveable and I was told I would need to replace the engine. The cost of this was more than the car's worth. I couldn't understand why the vehicle was now undriveable since I've been driving the vehicle previously and had driven it in for service. I eventually had my car towed out and taken to a guaranteed mechanic recommended to me by my insurance. After inspecting my vehicle the mechanic advised me that "a huge disservice was done to me." The mechanic indicated that Hyundai had drilled into my car's engine in an attempt to retrieve the piece of valve. The drilling was done improperly causing additional damage to my vehicle. This is why the job would require full replacement of the engine. I will be seeking to make an official complaint. More

Had a situation where corporate had to get involved and they don't communicate properly with their dealerships which causes an even longer process. Ultimately, buy Honda, Nissan, a bike, literally anything but a Hyundai. If for some reason you must buy a car do not use this service station. More

Brought my Hyundai Genesis Coupe to service because of a ticking noise ( Sounded like i was going up a roller coaster) that only happened when acceler Brought my Hyundai Genesis Coupe to service because of a ticking noise ( Sounded like i was going up a roller coaster) that only happened when accelerating. They dismissed it by saying it was nothing and that "these engines are built strong". I continued driving the car and had my regular mechanics listen to the sound. Had 3 of them tell me it sounds like a lower end engine knock. Unfortunately being that the vehicle is under manufacture's warranty they couldn't do anything. After two weeks of driving the vehicle the sound started to get a little louder so i brought it back for a second time. This time they kept the car a little bit longer and when time came for me to pick it up they said they heard nothing, just sounded like a GDI pump. (I've driven plenty of cars with GDI engines, none of which sounded like this). After two more weeks the sound became undoubtedly noticeable. On Saturday I decided I would bring it to service on Monday. Sadly, my car didn't make it till Monday the engine blew on Sunday night and had to be towed to Advantage. Of course the story doesn't end here. It's now been more than four weeks since the vehicle was brought to them. Scott my service adviser called me last Wednesday (today being the following Wednesday) letting me know the engine had finally arrived and they would start working on it the next day. I went in on Friday just to pick up a couple of things out of my car only find the car sitting in the back lot untouched. Today is Wednesday and again the car has not been touched. Just want my car back before Christmas but that doesn't look like its going to happen. Sorry for the long review but people should know that the service department here sucks and they'll do anything to avoid fixing a problem. ***UPDATE*** Today is 12/30/16 (review written on 12/21/16) and I still haven't gotten my car. Was told it would be done yesterday or the day before but still haven't gotten a call. More

Poor Service I have always had a positive experience with Advantage Hyundai. But this service call was different. I scheduled my 2014 Sante fe Sport to be serviced I have always had a positive experience with Advantage Hyundai. But this service call was different. I scheduled my 2014 Sante fe Sport to be serviced for an oil change on Saturday. My daughter brought the car for its scheduled appointment. She was told that she could not wait for the car because they were busy that morning. She got a ride home and around 3 pm we got notified the car was ready. She picked it up no problem. I checked the dipstick and found the oil black, and on the engine cover was spilled oil that no one cleaned off. So I brought the car back to the service department on Tuesday because Monday was July 4th. A female service advisor came out to meet me and I told her of the problem. She wanted nothing to do with this because she did not write up the original service. She said I will get you Patrick, he wrote this up. Well out comes Patrick with a Hey what's the problem. I explained the problem to him that the oil on the dip stick was black and the engine cover was greasy with oil spilled on it . That can't be. See it says right here it was done. I stated look at the dipstick. That will tell you if the oil is dirty or clean. He pulls up the dip stick , looks at it and says well it looks just fine to me. Needless to say he stood there and argued with me about this. It escalated to Do you want to speak to my boss about this? Sure I said . Now Chris the asst. service manager gets involved. It says right here on the invoice it was done. I can't believe what your telling me. Like I'm some kind of idiot .I said after 60 miles, the oil should be honey colored. So clear you could barely see it on the dip stick, not black . Well it got ugly real quick. Finally he said enough! What do you want me to do? I said just change the oil like you were supposed to do 3 days ago. I mean we are arguing over a 30.00 oil change. Man up. If you see the oil was not changed, just apologize . Say something like Wow I don't know what happened but we will change the oil again and make this right. So they drained the oil without a new filter and then when the car was finished, Patrick made me wait 30 minutes to prepare my no charge bill. Needless to say, this will be my last service at Advantage Hyundai, and will not lease another car from them. More

They helped me with a shuttle service too so I was able to go to work on-time and pick up car during lunch. They picked me up and dropped me off. They were VERY nice and so helpful. It was one of the easiest things I have done. Thanks to everyone at the service center! More

I was told that their oil change service is on a first come first serve basis. So this time i was there at 730 am. Just picked up my vehicle 330 pm. No work has been done to the vehicle. The Worst Service ever, and they treat you like garbage! They damaged my Brand New Genesis Coupe Trac with 11000 miles on it. Repaired the wheel alignment twice and ruined the front tires cords coming throu They damaged my Brand New Genesis Coupe Trac with 11000 miles on it. Repaired the wheel alignment twice and ruined the front tires cords coming through on the inside, tell me its the driving. Impossible! Had it repaired at xxx tire. With a correct alignment. Way out of specs!! I will sue them! More
