Check engine light on Transmission acting up Check engine light came on in car & Transmission had been acting up After being told the check engine light was for a transmission oil Temperature sen Check engine light came on in car & Transmission had been acting up After being told the check engine light was for a transmission oil Temperature sensor I was told to check with a Hyundai Dealer as the part was internal of Transmission I called Advantage Hyundai & reached Service Department and after talking with them I was told to make appointment to drop off vehicle I was given an appointment for the very next day & told I could even drop the car off that night (which we did) for service to look at car first thing in the morning. Received a call from Service manager in the morning letting me know that the technician was in fact going to replace a sensor in the Transmission & that it would be covered by warranty NICE! Especially since the car has 85K miles on it Tech did a complimentary check of car & Service Manager gave me a printout of all suggested repair work the car should have done Picked up the car that night & the car was even washed & cleaned & ran like new Pleasant experience & would definitely recommend!!!! More
Service with a Smile Was greeted quickly, was asked what service I was in for. Did I need a lift home or will I be waiting in the waiting room. I said I'd be waiting and was told to help myself to coffee, tea, hot chocolate, have a bagel with cream cheese or butter and they would take care of me car as quickly as possible. Got it back in less than an hour, which was amazing since there are always a ton of people bringing in their cars for a number of services. I just needed a maintenance checkup, oil change and so forth. Car comes back spotless inside and out. Amazing. Manuel is an asset to the service dept. and the dealership. More

My son's car was towed in from another local dealer, Subaru, won't mention the name, talk about bad service & communication, the car sat there for a m My son's car was towed in from another local dealer, Subaru, won't mention the name, talk about bad service & communication, the car sat there for a month and nothing was accomplished, they sent car to Advantage without notifying me, which turned out to be a godsend. Service Advisor Erin was phenomenal, within 2 hours the engine was torn down and pics sent to warranty company, within 8 hours, authorization for repairs was approved. She handled everything and was SO pleasant to talk to. I have nothing but good things to say about Advantage Hyundai service . 5 stars for me. More
Service department does not want to do thier job I called the service department at 4:20pm and attempted to arrange to bring my vehicle in for three recalls. I spoke with a female "Masio" and asked i I called the service department at 4:20pm and attempted to arrange to bring my vehicle in for three recalls. I spoke with a female "Masio" and asked if I could have a loaner car available when I dropped the car off. She told me the car would have to be diagnosed first and then if a loaner was available I could have one. I explained that the car is going in for recalls so they know whats wrong with it and I would like to have a loaner so I wouldn't miss work. She placed me on hold for 30 minutes when I asked to speak to a service advisor, and proceeded to hang up on me when she accidentally picked up. I tried to call back and was immediately placed on hold again. My wife had to call from a different number and "Masio" answered again my wife asked if she knew about the situation, she pretended she was someone else and told her the service advisor went home at 5:00pm, while I was on hold. More
