I had an appointment and My car was there all day for them to tell me l needed a plastic cover on the windshield behind the rear view mirror. The staff could use lessons in friendly customer service. Certainly not the best. Really, an Uber to take me both ways 4 or 5 blocks to my house. Definitely in dire need of improvements. More
