By accident, I had dropped my small, expensive hearing aid between the seats while driving one day. Even though I could see it to retrieve it, I wasn't able to. When I got home, my husband and I got out aid between the seats while driving one day. Even though I could see it to retrieve it, I wasn't able to. When I got home, my husband and I got out flashlights to look for it. We were unsuccessful. My husband brought the car in to Barry and explained the situation. Barry took it right away to the service center and that evening we got a phone call saying they had found it. It had fallen into an inconspicuous place and we wouldn't have been able to retrieve it ourselves. We look like to thank Barry so much for his attentiveness in this situation and to everyone in the service center who had helped this become a positive outcome. We are very grateful and appreciative that you have people like this working for you and for us! Thanks again. More

The Azera comes with two year complementory oil changes. Services is done quickly, but next time I will probably skip the free car wash, as that took an extra 40 minutes.
