When I wanted to replace my fob, I was given an appointment when I could have ordered it over the phone and thus made an unnecessary trip early in the morning. After the fob was ordered, I made a second trip for it to be computerized. The total cost of both the fob and the service was over $500, an outrageous price. The people that I dealt with were not particularly pleasant. I was later hustled by an employee on the phone for trading my car in for a newer model. Hence, I gave a poor rating. More
Went to get a NYS inspection, oil change and a few recall items. Overall, good job.
