Had an appointment for oil change and to check on a 2 issues, front forward sensor and cell phone charger not working. The appointment was 715 and I drop car off at 615 and left keys in box. This took al issues, front forward sensor and cell phone charger not working. The appointment was 715 and I drop car off at 615 and left keys in box. This took all day and picked up car after 500pm… in addition since the front forward sensor was cracked ??? Just bought the car and not covered under warranty I was charged $220….no work was done just oil change. Had to now pay $440 for an oil change and to tell me a bracket was broke. And not covered under warranty. I only went to this dealer because it was close to work. I went to this dealer 2 times to look at cars and purchased elsewhere. Will never go back again. Had Carr all day, over paid…and in addition had to pay extra 3% for using a credit card to pay bill. That’s an expensive oil change and car wash. More
