I had called in and showed an interest in a used car they had advertised on their website. I spoke to Jackie and she was very nice. Very courteous and answered any of the questions that I had. I scheduled an appointment and went in and then spoke to Cathie. Went for a drive and I loved it! Cathie was so nice and made me feel comfortable. I gave my information and picked the car up a few days later. The whole experience was quick and painless. More
Good Experience. Beautiful Car. Fair Prices. Fine Service. Will look here first next time. They were very laid back with the test drive, which I liked. Many dealers will sit in the backseat telling y Service. Will look here first next time. They were very laid back with the test drive, which I liked. Many dealers will sit in the backseat telling you where to go. This dealer handed us the keys and said be back soon. They were the same way with letting me take the car to my mechanic a few cities over. It took about two hours round trip, and no sweat with this dealership. More
I do not even own a Hyundai and I serviced my Honda CRV with their service department. I was in the area as I recently moved and went to Advantage Hyundai by accident thinking it was Honda to get my oil ch with their service department. I was in the area as I recently moved and went to Advantage Hyundai by accident thinking it was Honda to get my oil change and brakes done. As I found out it was not Honda, they said they can work on my vehicle and also allow me to use their current coupon offers. Ever since, I have been taking my CRV to their service department, I loved it there so much!!! Staff is so friendly, waiting area is nice and they washed my car for me at no charge! I do not get this kind of service with Honda, it's nice to know Advantage Hyundai will take in my car without it being the same product. What is really a nice touch was a gentleman named Manuel who called me from their customer care center to make sure I was satisfied and if there was anything else Advantage can do for me. I love the attention!! I highly suggest anyone with any car use them. Also while I was there I looked in the showroom, that new Tucson looks like a nice upgrade from my CRV. More

The reason that my most negative ratings are for "overall experience" & "price" is because of the extra $374.00 I paid for the car than the price we agreed on. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the diff "overall experience" & "price" is because of the extra $374.00 I paid for the car than the price we agreed on. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the difference until I returned home & sat down to re-examine the bill. What frustrated me is the fact that they lump charges on the bill to make it tougher to figure out what you're truly paying (it wasn't until I got home & took out the taxes, interest, rebates, & fees that I saw the discrepancy). I guess it's a lesson learned, but on principle I would look into a different manufacturer for my next car. More
I bought a 2010 Hyundai Sonata at Advantage Hyundai in April, 2010. My salesperson was Matt Nam. I decided to take a look at the Sonata because Hyundai was offering 0% financing for 5 years + $750 cash April, 2010. My salesperson was Matt Nam. I decided to take a look at the Sonata because Hyundai was offering 0% financing for 5 years + $750 cash back. I got an internet quote for $21,000 for a 2010 Sonata SE with premium package. When I went to the dealer, they said they didn't have any 4 cylinder Sonatas in stock, and actually insisted that there was no such thing as a 4-cylinder SE Sonata, as they only had V6 SEs in stock. I said (jokingly) that if they wanted to sell me a V6 for the price of a 4-cylinder I would be fine with that. I test drove the V-6 and liked it, so we sat down to discuss the price. We started filling out the paperwork and I was told I would get $2,000 for my trade-in (a 1999 Subaru Forester in decent shape). After I had already been filling out paperwork for 30 minutes, I was told by the salesperson that the price I was quoted ($21,000) was not with 0% financing but with 4.9%. Even though I was approved for 0%, they couldn't sell the car at that price. I felt I had been jerked around (though not by the salesman) so I walked out. To make a long story short, the salesman (Matt) contacted me a few days later offering the car I had test driven (V6 Sonata) at $21,900 with 0% financing for 72 months. There was some haggling over the value of my trade-in - they tried to get me to take $1000 for it, even though I had been told $2000 - but I ended up taking this deal. With the financing offer plus the trade-in & my $2000 cash down, my monthly payment is $275. Overall, the salesman was great throughout the process. He REALLY wanted to sell the car and it seemed like he was really working to make it happen. I suppose he could have been a great actor but that wasn't the impression I got. The finance guy, Tom Franco, also seemed friendly, helpful and honest. More
Giving this Dealership a 1 was too much for my liking. Giving this Dealership a 1 was too much for my liking. The Sales person was so RUDE, the rudest i ever came across in the car business. He started Giving this Dealership a 1 was too much for my liking. The Sales person was so RUDE, the rudest i ever came across in the car business. He started off with his pitch, we listened because we were VERY interested in the 2011 Sonata. He left us to go check on the quote, when he came back it was really out of our budget. We asked him if that was the best he could do and he said "are you buying today?" We had just started our search for a new car. SO we said we are looking into other brands as well but this would be our first choice. He proceeded to tell us that he doesnt want to give us a quote since this would be wasting his time as we are not prepared to buy on the spot. WHO does that???? We were totally in shock at that. The moron lost the 2 sales. I undestand that the 2011 Sonata is selling itself but I would NEVER give my hard earned money to some obnoxious sales person who did not take "customer service" seriously. He lost any chance of future referrals. If you work in the customer service industry shouldnt you be aware of these things? I guess not. Went to Toyota and Honda after and both sales people were amazing. Patient and willing to work with you. Advantage Hyundai was the WORST. More
If you go to this dealerhip you should try to see if you could work with Andy (I think his last name is Greene). He is not a typical pushy salesperson. I felt very comfortable with him. He was helpful wit could work with Andy (I think his last name is Greene). He is not a typical pushy salesperson. I felt very comfortable with him. He was helpful without being pushy. I am still deciding between two makes but if I go with the Hyundai, I will certainly go with Andy at Hyundai in Hicksville. More
Walk in the door and ask for Cathy Mercado. There is nothing else to say about this dealership besides that. Refuse to work with anyone else. If she is not there, find out when she will be and come ba nothing else to say about this dealership besides that. Refuse to work with anyone else. If she is not there, find out when she will be and come back then. Trust me, great woman and salesperson. More
