My wife and I had such a wonderful experience leasing our new Sonata last week at Advantage Hyundai. Dennis went over & above to make sure I leased what would be the right model for me, including test driving different models & different "varieties" of the same model. I started out today, for regular maintenance on my '09 Sonata...and drove out with a brand new 2013 Sonata! Casey was a fabulous salesperson! Knowledgeable and friendly, she showed me all the features of the 2013 Sonata, including a test drive. I felt that I could save money on gas mileage, and the cost of my current vehicle's service, by leasing a new Sonata. Casey emphasized out the highlights of the vehicle's newer features, owning one herself, she was able to truly understand how great this car is! Dealt with Cassandra Engel over the phone and email and wanted to make sure my parents were going to be getting a good deal for the Sonata before they went into the dealership. This is an update to a review I wrote last week, about Advantage Hyundai and Casey Engel, my salesperson. While I had been unsuccessful in making a deal for a 2013 Sonata, because the buyout on my Honda Advantage Hyundai and Casey Engel, my salesperson. While I had been unsuccessful in making a deal for a 2013 Sonata, because the buyout on my Honda was too low, I returned to look at the 2013 Santa Fe. Casey had called to tell me about the newly redesigned Santa Fe and said that, since she knows I was undecided about getting a car or staying with a "truck," it might interest me. Leave it to Casey to figure out a customer's preferences. She was so right and the Santa Fe is so cool. She highlighted all of the Santa Fe's features and I loved it. I have never had an auto salesperson show a continued interest in helping me find the right car and the right deal. The only problem she has given me, Sonata or Santa Fe. Advantage Hyundai has been great and Casey's been wonderful. So my problem is definitely not where to buy the car and from who, but which one to buy. I think a deal is in the near future, with Casey's help, of course. More
