My experience working with Kevin Murphy at Advantage Hyundai was excellent. I stopped into the dealership on a Friday evening exhausted after a very stressful experience at Nissan. He was friendly, yet calm and not at all aggressive. After my experience at Nissan I was dreading the car buying process, but Kevin made it very easy. He was a pleasure to work with, very accessible and was even able to get me the car color I wanted, which was extremely difficult to track down (a black car, nearing the end of the year). I will be sure to recommend Kevin and if I choose to lease another Hyundai in the future, I hope to work with him again. He really went above and beyond to make the process as painless as possible. Brought my 2011 Hyundai Genesis in to fix an exhaust vibration. I was told this SHOULD be covered under warranty. When I picked up my car, I was told that they couldn't find the vibration and since th vibration. I was told this SHOULD be covered under warranty. When I picked up my car, I was told that they couldn't find the vibration and since they can't fix what they couldn't find, it was not covered under warranty and they charged me $70. While the people are polite, they didn't solve my problem. My car still has the vibration. Instead they tried to sell me a wheel alignment that I don't need (which also isn't covered under warranty). They did wash my car, which was a surprise, but overall, it was not a positive experience. More

We bought our Hyundai Sonata 1 year ago at Advantage Hyundai . Our salesman was Barry Goldstein. He was very pleasant and informative. We had started out at millinium Hyundaii. We not only agreed on a price, but they already took a $1000 deposit from us. We decided that we did not want to do business with them. Of course when I cancelled right then and there, they said they would have to wait till morning to put my refund through. 2 weeks later, after calling many times about this, there was still no refund issued.i had to call the credit card company and cancel the charge. my husband said there under new management now, but I would still be hesitant to go back there. I spent 1 year bringing my car in for routine maintenance , at Advantage, the waiting room was clean, a large screen tv, free coffee in many flavors, and now they even have a free massage while your waiting. It doesn't get better than that!!! More
