I had an absolutly amazing experience at Advantage Hyundai. From the moment I walked in I felt like they were there not olny to sell me a car but to help me have the best experience possible. I came knowing that I would be buying a car within the week becuase my car was totaled, but after telling them this I never felt pushed or rushed to buying my new car. After looking around with my saleman Andre Rosales my fiance and I decided on the Veloseter. Andre took up out to look and differenct colors and show us different packages that we could have in our car. As I looked at the time I had seen that it was past 8:30 pm and Andre still offered to let both of us test drive the car even though the dealership was closing soon. I never felt pushed or rushed and I left there that night knowing they were the dealership I was happy to work with. The next day I came in and we set up everything to buy the car (this is usually the very stressful part) but with the help of Andre and the finance department we were able to settle on an agreeable amount and they did everything possible to help keep my payments down. I picked my car up the next day! Martin Osa was also very helpful in explaining the extra warranty on the car (which was worth the extra money) and also helped advise us on ways to pay the car off sooner and save some interest. This was an awesome experience and I loved working with them. This particular dealership also offers some really nice perks like free car washes for the lifetime of the vechile and they also have a masseuse and manicureist on particur days during the week. They really try everything possible to keep you happy and they do not fall short in any part on their customer service. Everyone was extreemly helpful. I would recommend anyone to buy a car here! This was my second purchase from Advantage Hyundai. The first was a pre-owned Sonata and the second is a new Santa Fe Sport. The salespeople are very helpful, courteous, personable. My salesman this time was Jim Sweeney. He took the worry out of what could have been a very stressful experience! He explained everything well and was willing to negotiate price, including trade-in. And, when the purchase was complete he sat with me and went through the car manuals. We sat in the car and went over the dashboard displays. He even paired my phone to the car!
