If you go to this dealerhip you should try to see if you could work with Andy (I think his last name is Greene). He is not a typical pushy salesperson. I felt very comfortable with him. Walk in the door and ask for Cathy Mercado. There is nothing else to say about this dealership besides that. Refuse to work with anyone else. Ive visited half a dozen dealerships looking to trade in my 2001 for Mustang convertible. Every dealership told me they were giving me the greatest trade in offers and that no one else could come close to t my 2001 for Mustang convertible. Every dealership told me they were giving me the greatest trade in offers and that no one else could come close to their offers. All of their offers really did not make sense on paper because I was still paying a lease price close to what they were advertising AND still was required to put money down? How is that a great offer.. Then came Advantage Hyundai, I walked in the door was greeted very friendly by the reception area who in turn sent Cathie my way. The first thing that was different then every other dealership was the lack of being pushed forcefully into a sale. I was asked if I needed additional info on the vehicle I was looking at and even taken into the back to see all the other styles, colors and combos of the Sonata(no other dealership did this!). I very simply laid out the monthly cost I was looking to spend, and to my surprise an offer came back LOWER then what I had asked for!!! I was amazed, and hooked on Advantage! For the record, every other dealer was asking for at least $100 more a month then what I was willing to pay! And on her word, Cathie calls me frequently to check on my car and make sure all is well!! Visited several other Hyundai dealerships within 20-30 miles. When I arrived at Advantage, several salespeople greeted me and offered to help. Didn't want any right then. After a while, Ken Sussman approached me, began to tell me about the car and one thing led to another. Ken was very knowledgeable and responsive. I bpought the car. Couple of days after purchase I had some problems mastering use of the Proximity Key. Came back. Ken helped me out and fixed some problems of my own doing to get it right. While Ken was great, was also impressed with the attitude of the 3 Service Advisors he introduced me to. All in all, a very nice experience. I am a pleased customer. More

Agreed upon price, and then did not honor the emailed, written quote that matched the quote the salesman had on file. They wanted over $3,000 more after an almost two month wait for the car. They would not sell the car even after I offered to pay $1,200 more than I had agreed to pay weeks back. I would never buy from them. The BBB rating for them is a C+ and that is too high! I ended up getting a Toyota after this bad experience. I had a Hyundai and wanted another, but not after dealing with this crew! More
I purchased my first Hyundai Memorial Day. I was new to the Sonata and very impressed with the car. The buying process was a lot less stressful than other dealerships.
