I came into the dealership only looking to browse. My wife and I intended on leasing two new cars. I thought I had too much time on my lease left and the valude of my wife's trade was going to be too lo wife and I intended on leasing two new cars. There was no haggling, no bait and switch, no wait outs at all. I met Chris- we spoke about our needs, I gave him my pricepoint and said this is what we were looking for. He took us out to drive the Sondata and the Tuscon. My wife did not like to tuscon but I was too bashful to ask to drive the Santa Fe. He heard me whisper to my wife about it and immediately volunteered to take us out in the Santa Fe. He and Rick ran the numbers after we chose our cars. i did not feel like I was at a bargaining table. We talked about our families (actual meaningful conversation not small talk) our youth, our careers, sports everything. They came back with the price point and it was amazing. They took my lease of a C-R-V which I hated and got an awful price and took my wife's late model volvo. The sonata and Santa Fe were only 100 bucks more then the ENTIRE CRV payment. I cam in with 2 cars I hated, left with two cars I love and it only cost me 100 dollars more a month. When the deal was done Car Facts came back with some bad reports on my wife's car that we didnt even know about. Determined to make the deal (becasue they knew it would make us happy, not to make themselves commission) the deal was made. Like I said, I came in looking to browse, and I came out with 2 new cars and 2 new friends. No reason to ever go anywhere else. Not a car dealership- felt like I was hanging with my friends. He is by far the most professional, most knowledgeable and nicest person that I have ever dealt with in all of my New Car Leases. Adrian is sincerely interested in making sure that his customers are happy and treated with respect. I am in sales in my own business and I am very critical of other salespeople when it comes to treating customers properly. I will never buy from anyone that I feel is trying to "sell" me or pressure me. Typically the car buying experience is a major hassle and the salespeople and managers are constantly playing games with the customer. At Advantage Hyundai my experience was the exact opposite. The process was very easy. Jon Stern (Manager) went out of his way to get me the exact color combination that I was looking for even though they didn't have it in stock. Jon was also an absolute pleasure to do business with. Advatage Hyundai was able to do the lease at the price that I was looking for without having to go through the typical battle that I am used to at most dealerships. Also, when it was time to go through the final paperwork with the finance manager Tommy, there were absolutely no issues or pressure. All of the numbers were exactly as Adrian and Jon had promised. I really would reccomend that if anyone is looking to purchase a Hyundai that they visit Advantage Hyundai and work with Adrian Powell. It is a shame that there aren't more dealerships like Advatage Hyundai out there. More

I dropped my car off as the rear tire on the drivers side had a slow leak all week. I called and there were no appointments but the service receptionist said if I could leave it they would take care of it th had a slow leak all week. When I arrived after the call that my car was ready, the car was ready but wasn't washed and they took care of that right away too! More
