From the minute we walked in the door, the staff was wonderful. Our salesperson, Chris worked with us every step of the way - getting us the best deal possible. The entire experience in purchasing a pre-owned Sonata was riddled with double-talk and out right lies. After having calmly spoken with one of the sales persons for less than 5 minutes he stated I was "high strung" and immediately became defensive, bordering on being nasty. Trade in value he offered went from 1200 to 2000 in the span of 1 minute (which we declined), and the cost of the vehicle kept changing depending on whether or not financing was involved. In fact, the price differential was at the $3,000.00 level from the first quote to the one that was ultimately agreed upon.He informed us that internet pricing was non-negotiable when another sales person had told us that price point was negotiable. Excessive Administration and Transportation fees were pre-printed on the contract and when questioned we were told by the manager repeatedly that this is "standard on all Hyundai dealer contracts".The manager reiterated multiple times that different dealers all charge the same amount and just the letterhead at the top of the contract varied. He stated multiple times that he "would never lie about something like this". Foolishly we believed him and went through with the purchase only to discover the next day that other dealers reported to us that they had no standard fee on their contracts for these services and that fees were charged based on make/model and weight of vehicle. In one instance a dealer reported that they didn't charge any fees at all. The fees charged were close to $700.00 on top of the purchase price. (Plus tax) When Mike the manager was spoken to about this he responded that this is the "car business" and implied that other dealers were giving misinformation. Purchasing a car is stressful enough without being lied to. BEWARE. I'd much prefer to deal with people who don't deceive and double talk...all the "free car washes and manicures" in the world don't make up for the negative feelings. Too bad for Advantage, as we had planned on purchasing a Tucson within the next month or so. More

I have come in for several oil changes over the two plus years I've had my Santa Fe and everyone is always very friendly. This time, my work was done in a very speedy fashion, which was wonderful since I h years I've had my Santa Fe and everyone is always very friendly. This time, my work was done in a very speedy fashion, which was wonderful since I had my three-year-old with me (as usual). We were able to get out of there pretty quickly. I would suggest a more kid-friendly area in the waiting room, besides the couple of toys provided. A few more distractions would make parents with small children enjoy the experience a bit more. The park close by is great, unless its rainy or cold. (With kids, you can't enjoy the massage. Bummer.) More

After discussing purchasing/leasing a new car (or cars) for some time, my husband and I finally set some time aside to go look. From the minute we entered the dealership, Chris T. was friendly, courteous, and incredibly helpful. Never once did I feel like he was trying to pressure me or push me to a certain car. I went on several test drives, and ultimately decided to get a brand new Santa Fe. My husband also took a few cars for a test drive and decided upon the Sonata. We are SO happy with our decision; the cars are amazing, and they run fantastically. I really think our decision not only came from the awesome cars and great price, but also from the pleasurable experience we had with the car salesman and floor manager. They were honest, upfront, and worked very well with out tight budget. When we returned the next day (we had to bring some paperwork), the men were just as polite and courteous, even getting a balloon for our three year old son, and patiently showing me how to use the new gadgets while my fifteen month old was incredibly fussy and whining. We had gotten a lesser price from another Hyundai dealer and Jason worked with his management team to match it...and found us another discount we didn't even know about. In addition to Jason, the other staff in the dealership were warm and welcoming. We would recommend this dealership...and especially Jason...to anyone without reservation. More
People were cordial came for my first checkup. The day after I left my low tire pressure light was blinking. When I called the dealership he said I probably got a nail driving home. No apology! NOTHING!! My mechanic had to fill my tires with air! More
