I am so sick of this dealership. Talk about friendly service ending as soon as you purchase your vehicle. They didnt tell me my car didnt come with a spare tire. I recently found a bump in the side of service ending as soon as you purchase your vehicle. They didnt tell me my car didnt come with a spare tire. I recently found a bump in the side of my tire, and they said bring it in. I then ask what happens if it blow, they said put a spare on it. I tell them they didnt give me a spare, and they tell me to call a tow truck then. I bought the car 3 months ago brand new, and they tell me i probably hit a pot hole and asked if i wanted prices for a new tire. they diagnosed that over the phone!? unbelievable. i told them it was probably a defective tire, they said if that was the case i would have to contact the tire company for the warranty. NEVER BUYING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN! and possibly never buying a Hyundai again. Beware of this dealership! More

Bought Sonata Turbo Limited and so far I'm ecstatic about the car. Cathy made the experience a pleasure and easy. The dealership is state of the art and had a good selection of cars. Two other dealerships I went into, Bayside and The Bronx, were small and older and had fewer choices; they also did not seem interested in negotiating, as they had little to sell. I'm glad I got this car and I feel lucky I found the right salesperson at the right dealership. More
I had a very bad experience with this dealership. I had some ouestions about the Hyundi accent so I called Advantage Hyundi and spoke to a young lady named Ryan. The information she gave me regarding the hyundi accent was unfortuntely incorrect, I deceided to continue to educate myself about the car and I asked for a test drive. I arrived for a scheduled test drive only to be told yet another mistake had occured and the dealership did not have the car on the lot! Since I was a currant customer of Hyundi and looking to lease a new car I was confused about what appeared to be much different behavior from this dealership than I remembered! I tried unsucessfully to contact the general manager by phone, I did however speak to the sales manager John Stern. John Stern was uninterested, and very very disrespectful to me! Factly speaking John Stern strongly suggested I purchase my car eleswhere and hung up in my face. In conclusion, I am saddened,insulted, and will not do business with Advantage Hyundi in the future. I have never experienced this lack of customer service before. I am a business owner myself and while it is true we all have educated customers that require we deliver only a level of exellence perhaps the old adage "kill them with kindness" rings true, I sure do wish Advantage Hyundi located in hickville N.Y endorsed this standared of excellence all areas of customer service! Our salesman at Advantage Hyundai, Barry Goldstein had an easy going non pressure type personality and patiently answered my wife's questions as to color, sight lines etc. After a lengthy discussion on what type of Hyundai we should get we test drove the car. The negotiations on price were within the range of what Consumer Reports would consider as reasonable and the buying experience seemed to be so comfortable that we decided to abandon our plan to shop elsewhere. We placed a deposit on a Sonata. When we picked the car up Barry sat in the car with us and went over all the controls. He also offered to pair my cell phone with the car's Blue Tooth technology as well as Homelink to get my new car to work with my automastic garage opener.The entire process was a very good experience even better than the one I had years earlier when I purchased my Lexus E300He also followed up with an Email to see if everything was ok. Afew weeks later he Emailed me to come in for my free car wash. I am most pleased with my Hyundai Sonata as well as my buying experience at Advantage Hyundai. when More

I would not recommend this dealership. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I put a deposit on a car and when I went to pick it up they had sold the car to someone else. I tried to call the manager to talk about what was going on and he never called me back. When I finally bought a car from them the paperwork they had me sign was for the wrong car so I had to come back and do it all over again. Customers are a dime a dozen to this dealership. They couldn't possible care less about customer service. I would be shocked if this place doesn't go out of business being it is so poorly run. They only reason I actually bought a car from them was that they seemed to be the only ones with the color combo I wanted. More
