The Advantage Hyundai in Hicksville was the best dealership that I've been since 2007 when I leased my Lincoln MKX. They management of the store was exceptional and as far as the sales team they wen dealership that I've been since 2007 when I leased my Lincoln MKX. As for Mr. Murphy, Kevin he definitley deserves an award with his patience and honesty through out the entire purchase which only took one week. Mr. Murphy deserves a ten or better for professionalism. I will recommend all my friends and family members to see Mr. Murphy if they are considering a new car from Advantage Hyundai. More

The last car I bought, the dealer threw in an extended gold warranty, that I later found out I was paying $3,500 and couldn't cancel it because by the time I got my first statement, the cancelation time h gold warranty, that I later found out I was paying $3,500 and couldn't cancel it because by the time I got my first statement, the cancelation time had expired. From this point on, I was always behind the value of my car paying it off and was really worried about getting a new car. My sister was looking at cars and went to Advantage to but her first car. I had always thought that Hyundai's were cheap, but it would be a good first car. I looked around and really liked the Genesis Coupe, and the dealer told me about it and I told him I wouldn't be in the market till summer, and lets just focus on my sister. He was super cool about that and helped her a lot. The took my info down, but never bothered me other then giving me the Coupe Book. 3 months later I came back and met with Jim. I gave him the background of my last car buying experience and that I just wanted to sit in the Genesis, as I had been looking at the book about it and never actually seen one in person. Jim explain all about the car, took me and my brother for a test drive, answered all of our questions, never once pressuring us. I came back 2 days later, got my old car appraised and they somehow found a way to buy me out of my last car and get me into a Genesis R Spec with a smaller payment that my old car, and out of my old car finance that was so upside down. The even tracked down my car from out of state, since I wanted one of the rarer packages. The whole experience was so care free and simple, I never felt pressure, everyone was super friendly and knew my name, which was super surprising since they must have had 20 or so sales people. More
I purchased my first new car in 1987. From that point on I have always HATED shopping for a new car. That is because of the sales people. To me, car sales people were like the old snake oil con artist from the old west. Because of my dislike and distrust of sales people, I do my car research about a year in advance. This way I am well prepared when I walk in the show room. Well, I went to Advantage Hyundai in April 2012. The first person I met was a salesman named Kevin Murphy. He was not your stereotypical salesman. He was NOT pushy or arrogant. He took his time in answering all my questions. Talking to Kevin was like talking to your neighbor out in front of your house. A year later when I was ready to buy a car, I went back to Advantage and was relieved to find Kevin still working in sales. As a result of Kevin and the other staff at Advantage Hyundai, my wife drove out of there with a brand new Sonata at a great price. At no time were we ever pressured to get anything we didn't want or need. From now on, I will be going back to Advantage when we want to purchase a car. More

I had been to this dealership once before, many years ago, for a service job on my old car, and was only going to the lot to price vehicles, I never expected I would find the car I was looking for so quickly and be able to drive off with it so soon. I leased a brand new Santa Fe this past weekend from Advantage Hyundai. I dealt with Barry Goldstein who was the friendliest salesman I've ever dealt with. He was not pushy at all. He took time to answer our questions and let us take 2 different test drives of basically the same vehicle to see the difference between the regular and turbo (I went with the Turbo of course). The process was smooth and easy and we were happy with the price. When we went back to pick up the car, Barry once again took the time to go over the car with us, showed us how to work everything inside and even paired our cellphone with the car's internal bluetooth for us. Anyone who tells me that they're looking for a new car- I'm definitely sending them to Advantage and specifically Barry. More
