Went to this dealership to buy a new Hyundai Elantra, and was told by the salesman "these cars are hot, if you don't buy it, someone else will". Looked and test drove the car. Was somewhat promised by the salesman for the car to include a tire jack and a spare. Came back the same day (about 2 hours later) to write up the deal. Not only were the 2 sales managers very unprofessional, they wanted to charge me an "Administrative Fee" on the paperwork. This Fee was $374 additional dollars, that they would not waive. The salesman then showed me another paper they have where people are actually being charged an additional prep FEE of several hundred dollars, in addition to this admisnistrative fee. This wopuld add up to about $800 dollars more on every single deal they sell. They would not include the jack or spare tire, and they said "these cars sell very well, someone else will buy it". STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! You do not need to pay any additional fees. We walked out, and will never ever return. This was the most unpleasant experience we have ever had. We bought the car from another dealership, and was not charged any fees, and also we received a discount. DO NOT PAY sticker price for any car, shop somewhere else, and watch those added fees! More

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH JESUS WHEN PURCHASING MY SONATA. HE SHOWED ME THE DIFFERENT OPTIONS AND WORKED WITH ME ON THE FINANCIAL ASPECT. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the service, the selection of vehicles and the price. Jesus was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with, so much so that I gav the selection of vehicles and the price. Jesus was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with, so much so that I gave him a hug at the end of the transaction as he made the whole process smooth and comfortable and I felt like I had knew him. Joe greeted me and set the process in motion. He did his very best to make certain I was well taken care of, happy with my selection of vehicle and he worked out the best deal possible for me on my new car and my trade-in. He got a hug too! I did not spend much time with Martin but he was courteous and funny and made me feel very comfortable with all the paperwork I had to deal with. Sign and drive I did thanks to these 3 men. I highly recommend Jesus, Joe and Martin and Advantage Hyundai. No BS just good quality vehicles, a hard working staff and a nice waiting area to boot! Free massages and coffee and water and TV and magazines. The time I had to spend waiting went by fairly quickly. To top it all off, I am driving a little slice of 2012 Sonata Heaven! This was my first experience buying a new car and the first dealership I have ever dealt with. The day I came to look at cars the place was very busy, however, I never felt that I was being ignored. The girl at the front kept looking to see who was the next available sales associate and was very attentive. I was helped as soon as possible and could not have been provided with better service. I was expecting a pushy sales person however I never once felt pressured and felt like how a customer should feel, appreciated and well-informed. Before I could even ask questions I was being given answers. As many others, I am a girl on a budget and I knew what I could afford. Jesus and Tom did everything possible to help me get my perfect car for a price I can afford. I worked with them for hours and never once felt that I was wasting their time or felt that I was being rushed (despite the very crowded sales floor). Since this was my first experience buying a car I felt that I had to check out other dealers (despite Jesus and Tom being absolutely amazing and helpful). Well What a MISTAKE! I went to a near by sister store and from the moment I walked into the place I knew I was not going to get service like I did at Advantage. The sales people were pushy and rude. Despite them offering a lower price than Advantage, I went back to Advantage and bought my car through them. I knew that by buying my car through Advantage and having Jesus help me, I would always be at ease. I could not be happier with my brand new purchase or with the people who helped me. I will definitely be recommending Advantage and specifically Jesus! More
