I first came in because I found a deal for a preowned Sonata online, which led me to meet Dennis Mankowski, a preowned car salesman. Dennis showed me every aspect of the car, and was very patient throughout the four days I kept coming back with my boyfriend and his father. Not once, did I feel rushed; he also gave me his personal phone number just in case I had any questions. Dennis is not only a good car salesman, but he is a great person-he was honest, patient, kind and informative. In the end, Dennis and Mike (preowned car manager) helped me find a better car than I was originally looking for, with my price range. By accident, I had dropped my small, expensive hearing aid between the seats while driving one day. Even though I could see it to retrieve it, I wasn't able to. When I got home, my husband and I got out flashlights to look for it. We were unsuccessful. My husband brought the car in to Barry and explained the situation. Barry took it right away to the service center and that evening we got a phone call saying they had found it. It had fallen into an inconspicuous place and we wouldn't have been able to retrieve it ourselves. We look like to thank Barry so much for his attentiveness in this situation and to everyone in the service center who had helped this become a positive outcome.
