I've purchased and leased many vehicles for myself, family and friends in the past and dealt with quite a few dealerships. I am confident to say that Advantage Hyundai is above and beyond ALL the deale family and friends in the past and dealt with quite a few dealerships. I am confident to say that Advantage Hyundai is above and beyond ALL the dealerships I have dealt with. My salesman was Joe Pala. He went out of his way to make sure I test drove and saw the actual model I was looking to purchase. He also patiently listened to my questions and concerns and tried to address what he could. After a few concerns I had, he brought over Ricky, one of the sales manager. I have to say, Ricky rocks! OUTSTANDING! He did not hide anything from me. Showed me all the numbers. He went out of his way to get me the best possible deal that the dealership can offer me without taking a loss. He even found out I qualified for a Military incentive that the other Hyundai dealership didn't even bother to offer me. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and went out of their way to make sure all the potential buyers was taken cared off. Who ever owns this dealership should be proud of how their employees represents them. This dealership makes you feel like family. When my wife and I went to pick up our brand new Santa Fe Sport, the other salesman greeted us and even offered to get us free water even though we were not their customer. If your looking for a Hyundai, don't commit until you've gone to Advantage Hyundai. I promise you, you will see the difference in customer services. Recently had a minor problem with my car making a whining noise. Drove in to service late in the day without an appointment. Christine was quick to greet me when I pulled in my car for service which my first time there. She was efficient and courteous in addressing what would be done to service my vehicle. Steve, Adrian and George in the Sales Dept. spoke to me to see if I could maybe get a better deal on my lease. It was a good deal already so there was no reason to try to renegotiate a new one. My wife came with me and got a free massage from Sarah which the dealership offers while we waited in the Customer lounge. Christine advised me when my car was ready after the free car wash. Overall the waiting time was very pleasant and fast. Erin followed up with me to confirm my service appointment and Marie followed up afterwards to make sure that my visit was up to expectations. I highly recommend coming to this dealership if you want service or wish to purchase a new vehicle. More

My office manager drives a Hyundai Tuscon, and she loves it. I inquired information over the internet about Hyundai cars, I did not have a model in mind, I was just clicking away on my key board of my computer, the computer asked for my name and phone number and I said to myself "oh this is it, I'm going to bombarded with calls" (an old friend of mind is a car dealer and I know how he works). Well it turns out I got one call, a gentleman named Christopher Burnius, what a pleasant person and so informative, I explained I was not really looking to buy anything at this time and that I was happy with my car; being the type of man that he is graciously excepted my answer, gave me his number if I changed my mind and we hung up. In my heart, I knew my son could really use a car, and if I got a new one I would give him mine; I called Mr. Burnius the next day. I went in and found out Mr. Burnius is not a sales man, he is in a different department, and was introduced to my salesman Kevin Murphy, who was equally accommodating, curious, personable and patient; I explained to Kevin Murphy, I was really just looking around, then Veloster caught my eye, Kevin Murphy and I went for a test drive, I loved the way the car handled, it is a peppy little six speed manual. At the end of the test drive I explained I I loved the car but needed to sleep on it; there was ZERO pressure. I called the next day and I went in with my office manager, Kevin and Tom from finance worked until they were able to get a loan in my price range. I drove home with my new Veloster. I bought my 2012 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T at this dealership, and I was impressed by the friendliness and lack of sales pressure. Joe Micciulli was the salesman, and he was pleasant to do business with. Since that day that I bought my car, I've been coming back to Advantage Hyundai of Hicksville for my car's oil changes. Sure, I've been given free oil changes for the first two years, but the reason I keep coming back to this dealership -- despite it being about 20 miles from where I live -- is because they know how to treat their customers. The staff is friendly, scheduling an appointment for service is easy, the waiting room is huge and has a large screen t.v., many comfortable seats, clean bathrooms, free tea/coffee/bagels/wi-fi; and you can walk right through to the showroom to look at the new cars they are offering. So far I've only had oil changes done by this dealership, but from what I've seen in the past 2 years, I'll be giving them my business for other work that my Gen Coupe will eventually need as she gets older. I purchased my Santa Fe new from Advantage Hyundai. I always bring it to them for servicing. I like the system that they have for taking care of your vehicle. I like the speed of the checking in and the always bring it to them for servicing. I like the system that they have for taking care of your vehicle. I like the speed of the checking in and the fact that it is in a covered area away from the elements. It generally doesn't take more than a few minutes for the service advisor to address your concerns. The help always refills your window wash fluid. The waiting room is one of the nicest that I have ever seen. All the help, whatever their job , are extremely friendly and willing to answer any of your questions. Hell, you can even get a free massage 3x week while you are waiting for your vehicle. None of my friends have ever heard of that before. But, the bottom line is that I feel confident that whatever you bring your vehicle in for, it is going to be fixed the right way and that is the most important thing. O yeah, they even wash your vehicle before they return it to you. Excellent finishing touch! More
