Charlie was very patient with my mother-in-law and explained everything to her. She is 83 years old and needed someone patient and kind to get through the leasing of a car. He asked what I wanted, and he found the perfect car for me. Since this was my first new car experience, he explained everything I needed to know and more. I can't say anything bad about my overall experience, both with the dealership and with Dennis. The amount monthly is perfect for my budget (it's a little over what I wanted, but it's not too much over) and the amount they paid for my used car was (to me) less than what I thought I would get for it. The car was almost 20 years old and it barely had miles on it, but that's besides the point. I love my new car and I couldn't ask for a better experience! More

Came in for a routine oil change and the service representative found there was a recall for a small part on my 2011 hyundai sonata which he said they will take care of right away. He said the car should be ready in approximately an hour and fifteen minutes and it actually was ready at the time quoted with a free car wash as well. Very positive experience so far! More

I had to reschedule several times because of work and Brittany and Marie were wonderful about it. Always trying to accommodate and get a loner car booked for me, as well. Brittany gave me a tip as to how to get a morning appointment and I got it! I forgot to ask for the loner car, but when I got there my Service Customer Service Rep asked if she could have one of the techs give us a ride where we needed to go and call us when my car was ready and they would pick us up. The driver was even AWESOME. Dropped/picked us up to IHOP while we waited for my 30K service. The whole experience was soothing. And my car looks great!!!!! More
