I had purchased a Hyundai from a different dealer years ago and because of my experience with them, swore I would never by another one again. I was looking into buying a new car and was dead set on buying ago and because of my experience with them, swore I would never by another one again. I was looking into buying a new car and was dead set on buying a different make and model. The only vehicle that rated higher was the 2013 Sonata. Wanting to be able to tell the other dealer that I had looked at other vehicles, I Googled Hyundai dealers in my area. Advantage was the ONLY dealer with over 100 reviews. I was quite surprised that they also had one of the highest customer service ratings also. My friend went with me to the dealer where we were introduced to Lou Schilling. Right away he began asking me what I was interested in (models, colors, features, etc). We went for a test drive and I loved the car. They worked with me to get a payment I was comfortable with (and I was surprised when it was actually a couple of dollars a month less than they had originally said when I signed the paperwork instead of higher). I was even further surprised when everyone stayed late (including the gentleman who detailed my car) to make sure I was able to take it home that night. I have purchased many vehicles through dealers and have to say this was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I have already recommended this dealer to my friends and family. Everyone was friendly. There was no pressure to buy. I felt as if they were actually looking out for me and my best interests. This is the only dealership that I have dealt with that actually seems to "get it". This is a dealer where a woman can actually shop alone and not get ripped off. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that night, but fell in love with the car and they worked to get me the lower payment I needed. I am looking forward to getting my first oil change. They have definitely gained a lifelong customer. More

The reason I selected Advantage Hyundai was because I was ready to return a Sonata that I had leased three years prior. I loved that Sonata so much that I wanted another Hyundai. The people in the dealership are friendly, respectful, pleasant and more than willing to make the customer's experience a good one. They are very accommodating and not too pushy. I leased a new Elantra with all the bells and whistles and I'm thrilled with this car too. I'm hoping that I can go through another three year lease without any problems. More
Rob was friendly and helpful. There seemed to be a nice atmosphere in the dealership. Maybe it's because the Hyundai is one of the most popular and best-selling cars and they are doing well -- despite the atmosphere in the dealership. If so, good for them! .The car we selected is a beautiful red, with the same beautiful design. The brochure showed the upholstery as being camel colored, which appeared to be browner than the lighter --almost beige color-- the seats actually turned out to be. It complements the red body, but not as well in my opinion as what the photo showed. We were somewhat limited in price because of the condition and mileage of the 2011 model I traded in. I assumed (and you know what they say about someone who "xxx"umes!) that the ride would be identical, so I never bothered to take a test drive. Rob told me it had a smoother ride than my 2011, and he was absolutely right. The engine seems quieter, too. (I always thought the engine of the 2011 was too loud, but it never bothered me. However, the torque is different. It's not as tight as the 2011 model. (The torque on the 2011 apparently tends to take its toll on the tires more quickly. Perhaps many would-be customers just don;t like the tighter steering wheel!) ) This was a major disappointment, and I can only blame myself for not driving it before consummating the deal. It's not really all that loose, but feels as though it is, in comparison. The tight torque was the reason I fell in love with Hyundai in the first place!. (Many other 2011 Hyundai owners I have seen on the road felt as I do about loving the tight wheel, but a couple of them could not get used to it. So it's a personal thing.) I think I will get used to this, as the car handles beautifully. There are some new features on the car I won't go into here that seem to make it better than my old 2011, and I am looking forward to educating myself about them and then enjoying them. Free car washes for life is a nice touch. I can now spend that savings by getting it polished more often to keep it looking so beautiful! More
