I purchased my Santa Fe new from Advantage Hyundai. I always bring it to them for servicing. I like the system that they have for taking care of your vehicle. I like the speed of the checking in and the always bring it to them for servicing. I like the system that they have for taking care of your vehicle. I like the speed of the checking in and the fact that it is in a covered area away from the elements. It generally doesn't take more than a few minutes for the service advisor to address your concerns. The help always refills your window wash fluid. The waiting room is one of the nicest that I have ever seen. All the help, whatever their job , are extremely friendly and willing to answer any of your questions. Hell, you can even get a free massage 3x week while you are waiting for your vehicle. None of my friends have ever heard of that before. But, the bottom line is that I feel confident that whatever you bring your vehicle in for, it is going to be fixed the right way and that is the most important thing. O yeah, they even wash your vehicle before they return it to you. Excellent finishing touch! More

I was treated very nicely by the warm and friendly staff. I was shown all of the features that my SUV has to offer. All my questions were answered in a way that I could understand. I knew that it was time to look for a car but I wasn't looking forward to the process which has always been a tedious one for me. I am a single woman so I researched and scoured the Internet in pre wasn't looking forward to the process which has always been a tedious one for me. I am a single woman so I researched and scoured the Internet in preparation for what is usually the "high pressure salesman". When I went to this dealership, which was recommended by a friend, I was pleasantly surprised. My salesman, Jayson Townsend, made me feel comfortable, was very friendly, curteous, listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He took me for a tour of the facility to show me the service waiting area, where to get free car washes, a free manicure and a free massage; he introduced me to a host of friendly staff. During my follow up telephone calls to Jayson, with additional concerns and questions, he had the same friendly response and demeanor. I finally decided to purchase a new Santa Fe Sport and I do feel that I got a good deal!!! When I went into the dealership to sign the papers that closed the deal, I met Martin Osa who was also a very friendly, curteous and FUNNY gentleman. He made the experience (signing all of the papers) enjoyable by keeping it lighthearted as he explained the documents to me. I would reccomend he Advantage Hyundai dealership to anyone considering a new Hyundai because I didn't experience the "hard sell" that you feel at many car dealerships. By the way - I love my Santa Fe and all of its amenities. More

This review is for the used car dept only, specifically salesman Brandon H and sales manager Mike. The lowest of the low. I will NOT recommend Advantage Hyundai to anyone for the simple fact that they em salesman Brandon H and sales manager Mike. The lowest of the low. I will NOT recommend Advantage Hyundai to anyone for the simple fact that they employee these two bottom feeders. We all know that car sales people will say whatever they have to say to get someone to buy a car, but these two are the biggest scam artists and liars you will ever meet. If you choose to buy a car from Advantage Hyundai and you get stuck dealing with Brandon or Mike, RUN! Get out because they will screw you over in the end. They make a lot of promises and "get you the best deal" while you're sitting across from them and you think you're making the right decision. Once you head over to the finance dept and sign on the dotted line, everything changes. They claim "I never said that" and "well, you're the one who bought a used car." Yes, those words were actually said to me directly by sales manager Mike. He was "there for me" and "wanted to help me find the best car for my needs" and asked for referrals while I sat in his office. The second I handed over money he became one of the most slimy, arrogant and obnoxious people I have ever met. What they offered me as part of my "deal" is not important to this review. Everybody makes "deals" when buying a car. What is important is the fact that they made promises to sucker me in and then never followed through on those promises. Advantage Hyundai claims to be all about customer service....and maybe they are, if you buy a NEW car from them (as did BOTH of my parents). I've read a lot of good reviews about that dept. But for those of us who are looking for a decent used car, the customer service in that dept is atrocious. I don't like posting negative reviews, but buying a car is supposed to be fun and exciting and for me, it wasn't. It was a terrible, stressful experience and I don't want others to have to deal with the same crap from that department. Only time will tell if my future dealings with the service dept will be better than my horrible experience with the used car dept. But I won't get my hopes up. More
