I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport from Advantage Hyundai Salesman Mr. Chris Tempesta who was GREAT! My father is a maintenance person and loves Advantage Hyundai's service Department because they take care of their customers vehicles. I have nothing to say except it was a great experience and all of the employees are willing to help, instead of after you buy the vehicle, your an unknown person. The Manger Marie of the service Dept. was excellent and helped us through the new car maze. Why I have given the best rating possible is because this Dealership works well together as a team including Tom in the Financing Department. We bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata tonight and overall, the experience was very positive. My husband and I dealt with Wayne who was patient and showed us several different cars so that we could make the best d experience was very positive. We also worked with Matt (the manager) who helped work out a price that was beneficial for us. The only negative experience was when we had to meet with the finance guy. I don't remember his name, but he seemed impatient because we wanted to read the contracts before signing. He left the room, he was tapping his fingers and sighing while we were reading. It made us feel uncomfortable and I personally felt that we were not expected to read what we signed. In any event, bar this, I would absolutely recommend the dealership, Wayne, and Matt to anyone who wanted to buy a Hyundai. More
On Thursday nov 7,2013 I visited the dealer. My car was on recall and the locks were not working, everything was taken care of. My car is only a 2011 model and I was very pleased that only what was needed on recall and the locks were not working, everything was taken care of. My visits so far, requiring servicing my car, which I love and am very happy with by the way, have all been positive. While no one likes having to deal with any car trouble issues, I'm reassured whenever i have to go to this dealer and get it checked out. So, in return, I'm letting everybody know ! Absolutely fantastic experience at Advantage Hyundai! The entire staff from Sales to Auto Service to Customer Service are top notch! Went there three years ago and experienced first hand how well they treat entire staff from Sales to Auto Service to Customer Service are top notch! Went there three years ago and experienced first hand how well they treat you as a customer and knew then that I would be back. My recent dealings with Customer Service rep Michelina Raczka was another pleasant one as she made me feel comfortable and without want my whole time there. Kevin Murphy, who worked with me on my purchase was indeed very knowledgable on the vehicles I was looking at and is the complete opposite of the stereotypical "salesman" as he in fact is anything else but that. He is a great source of information and very attentive to your needs. Manager Rick Aviles was outstanding during my visit and was a main reason in helping me with my purchase. He listens well, offers insightful recommendations and is the "man" at getting you the best deal possible! Thanks guys for making my visit a memorable and successful one! So, all I can add is go to Advantage the first stop during your car buying process and you'll never want to go to another dealership again! More

People who are very successful negotiators told me to shop around to get the best price, but my salesman made on my first visit to Advantage Hyundai.
