Our salesman at Advantage Hyundai, Barry Goldstein had an easy going non pressure type personality and patiently answered my wife's questions as to color, sight lines etc. After a lengthy discussion on what type of Hyundai we should get we test drove the car. The negotiations on price were within the range of what Consumer Reports would consider as reasonable and the buying experience seemed to be so comfortable that we decided to abandon our plan to shop elsewhere. We placed a deposit on a Sonata. When we picked the car up Barry sat in the car with us and went over all the controls. He also offered to pair my cell phone with the car's Blue Tooth technology as well as Homelink to get my new car to work with my automastic garage opener.The entire process was a very good experience even better than the one I had years earlier when I purchased my Lexus E300He also followed up with an Email to see if everything was ok. Afew weeks later he Emailed me to come in for my free car wash. I am most pleased with my Hyundai Sonata as well as my buying experience at Advantage Hyundai. when More

I would not recommend this dealership. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I put a deposit on a car and when I went to pick it up they had sold the car to someone else. I tried to call the manager to talk about what was going on and he never called me back. When I finally bought a car from them the paperwork they had me sign was for the wrong car so I had to come back and do it all over again. Customers are a dime a dozen to this dealership. They couldn't possible care less about customer service. I would be shocked if this place doesn't go out of business being it is so poorly run. They only reason I actually bought a car from them was that they seemed to be the only ones with the color combo I wanted. More

After working out a price we came back the next day to pick up our new car. Dealer said I have good news and bad news. The bad news was the car was $3000. more than he quoted. Jason the salesmen was a pleasure he was very informative. When it came to pricing he came to the table with a payment number. I want to see the price for the car and the price for the trade. She was very nice. I was quoted a price of $469 a month with $2000 down. I told Marie that was extremely high and was looking to pay $339 a month tops. I was told that they might be interested in buying my leased my 2008 Highlander and that would save me money. I had 2 payments left on it. I came back a second time and the used car maanger looked at my car and took pictures. I was ultimately told by Marie by phone on 5/20/11 that Advantage would be buying my car and that they would lease me the Vera Cruz for $339 a month and $2000 down. She told me to come in on 5/21/11 at 9:15 AM. I was at Advantage on 5/21/11 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. We looked at the car colors. They made a copy of my registration. They took my car keys twice, but never went out to my car. Eventually I said that we should draw up the lease agreement. Then Marie said to me " are you buying or leasing" . She didnt even remember. She came back a few minutes later and NOW QUOTED ME THE PRICE OF $479 A MONTH AND $2000 down. More than the original price. I also had a Lease voucher that Advantage had sent me in the mail with a value of up to $1500. They didnt even honor it. Advantage LIED TO ME AND WERE DECEITFUL. I immediately walked out complaining . I would never walk in to that dealership again. How could anyone trust them. This is why dealerships have a bad name. By the way, The Huntington Hyundai is exremely professional and honest. Go there. More

I purchased a 2011 Sonata last July- which I love. Great car. Great value for the price and it gets great gas mileage. She immediately addressed my concerns and promised me that she would take care of everything. By no fault of her own there were some production/shipping delays which caused my items to be back ordered and I only recently received them. Throughout the entire 9 month process Jackie was there every step of the way and would call me regularly to keep me updated on the situation. If I called her, she called right back. If I emailed her, she wrote me back right away. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. More
