This was my first experience buying a new car and the first dealership I have ever dealt with. The day I came to look at cars the place was very busy, however, I never felt that I was being ignored. The girl at the front kept looking to see who was the next available sales associate and was very attentive. I was helped as soon as possible and could not have been provided with better service. I was expecting a pushy sales person however I never once felt pressured and felt like how a customer should feel, appreciated and well-informed. Before I could even ask questions I was being given answers. As many others, I am a girl on a budget and I knew what I could afford. Jesus and Tom did everything possible to help me get my perfect car for a price I can afford. I worked with them for hours and never once felt that I was wasting their time or felt that I was being rushed (despite the very crowded sales floor). Since this was my first experience buying a car I felt that I had to check out other dealers (despite Jesus and Tom being absolutely amazing and helpful). Well What a MISTAKE! I went to a near by sister store and from the moment I walked into the place I knew I was not going to get service like I did at Advantage. The sales people were pushy and rude. Despite them offering a lower price than Advantage, I went back to Advantage and bought my car through them. I knew that by buying my car through Advantage and having Jesus help me, I would always be at ease. I could not be happier with my brand new purchase or with the people who helped me. I will definitely be recommending Advantage and specifically Jesus! More
I had a very positive experience with Advantage. Jesus was laid back and helpful. I told him straight out what I was looking for and he did his best to meet my expectations. The financing department didn't try to sell me things to jack up the principal of the loan, and I'm very happy with my new Veloster. The exact car I had come in to see (that I had spotted online) had been sold, so I ended up buying one with dealer installed leather seats. It cost a little more than I had intended on spending, but still within the range we had discussed at the beginning. The free car wash and oil change service is a nice touch, and I would recommend that anyone looking for a Hyundai in the area check out this dealer. More

Money run-arounds for money they admit they owe.Managers promise action and do nothing. Finance manager cannot follow-up on money owed. Now I need to take these jokers to small claims court.... for money they admit they owe me. Sad to say they are better than the other Hyundai dealers on Long Island but Hyundai seems to set the standards real low with these bums they allow to be dealers. Dealing with scammers isn't worth a free car wash and these bums are scammers. More
I built a car on the Kia website and requested a quote from Advantage Hyundai. The first email from Carol was asking questions like what color would you want, do you want the navigation package, etc. When from Advantage Hyundai. The first email from Carol was asking questions like what color would you want, do you want the navigation package, etc. When I questioned her affiliation with the dealership because she should have received the car information that I requested, the next email was from her manager, Kate Jordan. This email started out saying I was a difficult personality and that she was going to be handling my request for quote instead of Carol. This is now the second email, and still no price quote. The third email was from Carol, and you guessed it, the price quote was MSRP as stated six days earlier on the Kia website. I can and WILL go to any other Kia dealer to pay MSRP. Thank you Carol and Kate for showing the dealerships true colors before I ever stepped in the building. Advantage Kia will never see any of my money. More
I don't often write reviews but felt I had to let you know what a wonderful experience we had at Advantage Hyundai. I brought my 2011 Sonata in for servicing. When my husband and I went to pick it up we were wandering around the showroom. I had a 2005 Tuscon which I loved but I was curious to see what a Santa Fe would cost as it's a little larger than the Tuscon. I wasn't really thinking that we would buy anything that day just curious. While we were looking around one of the sales staff came over to us and asked if he could help us. I told him we were just looking but could he give us an idea of what a Sante FE would cost us. The sales persons name is Jesus Ramiriez. He knew we were just looking but he said sure let me see what I can do for you. He came back with a $$ number for us and we were really happy with the number. My husband and I decided that for that price it would be foolish for us to keep the 2005 so we leased the 2012 Sante Fe. Mr. Ramiriez is an excellent sales person and an asset to Hyundai. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy with this purchase. He went over the whole car with us showing us all the features telling us about all the extra's we are getting. Free Car washes, free oil changes.......my husband took the car for it's first free car wash and was very happy. (the coffee and bagels in the waiting room was an added bonus). Just want to thank Jesus Ramiriez for all his help. If you are in the market for a new Hyundai please ask for him. P.S. Two days later my daughter and son in law went to see Mr. Rameriez and also leased a 2012 Sonata which they are thrilled with. Thanks for a great car buying experience!! More
Barry Goldstein at Advantage Hyundai was probably the worst salesperson I have ever met. He is your typical bitter, slimy car salesman. He was beyond rude and disrespectful. We made him an offer that he didn't feel was good enough. He went up to his manger laughing with our credit card. The manager looked at it and then announced over the loud speaker through the entire place that our offer was a joke. It was a disgrace and completely unprofessional the way they acted. My wife and I felt so embarrassed so we walked out. I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone. Maybe Barry had a bad night and just wanted to go home (he kept looking at his watch) but he shouldn't treat potential buyers this way. More
I went to several dealerships to find the Sonata SE in the color I wanted. I finally found it at the Hicksville location. Jesus Ramirez was very helpful in explaining all the features. Many salespeople are just concerned with getting the deal to benefit themselves, however Jesus is concerned about the customers satisfaction. I left the dealership a happy custumer and will definitely recommend him to other friends and family. It was a great experience and I love my car! More
