Brandon introduced himself to us and offered his assistance, which we did not My wife and I came in to purchase a vehicle and trade in our Santa Fe. Brandon introduced himself to us and offered his assistance, which we did not need at the time. However being he did not unnecessarily pressure us we sort he out when we decided what we wanted. I'm handicapped and Brandon was polite and understanding he did not lead us around trying to sell us something we didn't want. He slowly walked (due to my handicap) us around the lot answering all our inquires about different types of vehicles and never once did he rush us along. He sat with us, offered us coffee and calmly negotiated a deal explaining everything to us until we clearly understood, in addition to answering our no matter how many times we asked. He worked hard but never once did he stop smiling, became angry or disrespectful. An acceptable deal was made and my wife and I where happy. Brandon was friendly, kind, respectful, caring and sympathetic and he went above and beyond to help us and it is well appreciated. More

It is good to see that their are positive posts on here in regard to Advantage Hyundai. My experience with them was very disappointing, to say the least. However, I only dealt with two people, Brandon Ha in regard to Advantage Hyundai. My experience with them was very disappointing, to say the least. However, I only dealt with two people, Brandon Hampton and Dave Toomey. I am writing this to warn others of the unethical practice of these two individuals. I live in MD and searched for a very specific Hyundai Genesis. I needed to travel to NY in order to purchase the vehicle and was asked to give a $500 deposit to hold it, which I did. Mr. Toomey said he would hold the vehicle until the end of the month for me. The next day Brandon Hampton called me and started into a "Used Car Salesmen" pitch. He told me how he could only hold the car for 72 hours and that he had another buyer waiting on the vehicle. I explained to him that I could not be there in 72 hours, since I lived in MD and that Dave Toomey had told me the car would be held until the end of the month. I called Dave Toomey back and explained the antics of Mr. Hampton and he assured me that the car would be held for me as a "courtesy" until the end of the month. I then committed to meeting with him on 2/28, in order to close the deal by the end of the month, as promised. I purchased a ticket and made hotel arrangements to be in Hicksville. Mr. Toomey offered his cell phone number and stated he would pick me up on 2/28. I then received a call, the day before I was supposed to be there to purchase the vehicle from Brandon Hampton and he said the card had been sold to someone else. They sold the car right out from under me. He then started, with more deceit about how they would get me the same car, with less miles, for less money!!! I asked to then speak with their General Manager. In defense of Advantage Hyundai their GM, John Stearns, did call me and tried to help with the situation. However, there was nothing they could do. I hope that Mr, Hampton and Mr. Toomey are exceptions to the rule, as to how this dealership does business. Respectfully, Rich Meyer More

When I was ready to buy a new car, a number of friends recommended I check out Advantage Hyundai. I nearly passed on the tip because the dealership is 30 miles from where I live and several others are clo recommended I check out Advantage Hyundai. I nearly passed on the tip because the dealership is 30 miles from where I live and several others are closer. As it turns out, they could have been located anywhere in New York and it still would have been worth the trip. I had a very specific car in mind which I knew would be difficult to find. I wasn't willing to compromise on options or color and never got pressured to change my mind. My sales associate, Joe Micciulli, just rolled up his sleeves and went to work. Advantage Hyundai pulled off a minor miracle by locating the exact car I wanted immediately and pulling a few strings to get it on their lot the following day. Things only got better from there. No wheeling and dealing when it came time to negotiate. These guys made sure nothing got overlooked and even managed to arrange a better rate on financing than my best-case expectation. Warrantee options were clearly explained and there was never a time I felt pressured to make a snap decision or sign off on anything I didn't thoroughly understand. I'm in love with my new Hyundai. I never had to squabble, got great financing, the best warrantee in the industry, and the whole process was fast, efficient, and entirely stress-free. Mr Ramirez, a new car consultant, received my call about a used car. Nonetheless, he personally dealt with me when I entered the dealership. It meant that he had to go to the used car building many times fo a used car. Nonetheless, he personally dealt with me when I entered the dealership. Anything I asked for, carfax, dealer maintenance, autocheck, etc was personally handed over to me for my decision making. All was performed in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable way. Personally, and businesswise, I would recommend Jesus for your inquiries and dealing. The rest of the people I met were also friendly to customers as I observed during my business. The building was clean, neat, and business like with friendliness and knowledge being shown in many aspects. The car beomes important to me, and the dealership, especially Jesus, was an important aspect in my dealings. I rate all very highly. By the way, my used car purchase was not a Hyundai, but that did not shorten any of the professionalism I expected and received. Jesus will be there for my final transactions on his day off. That is really extending individual and dealer reputation. Also, a year of free oil changes and maintenance, as well as car washes, and other in dealership bonuses were a pleasant surprise to my buying the car. Buy your next car there, and make sure you use Jesus Ramirez as your consultant. More
I have been to many dealerships and Jesus was the best representative that i have ever dealt with. He was courteous and actually listened to what I wanted, unlike many other car salesmen. He also was very open about his own personal life which was nice because I could relate to him in many circumstances. Usually car salesmen just want to sell you a car and that’s it. Jesus was different in that it seems he wants to build a long term relationship with his clients. I will most definitely be going back to purchase my next car from him again. He made the overall experience and represented his dealership to the best of his ability. If you are reading this I recommend asking for Jesus if you intend on going to Advantage Hyundai. The Sonata I bought is a beautiful car and is one of the best I have ever owned. More
