Kevin answered all of my questions and did everything he said he would from follow up phone calls and emails to sharing his knowledge of the car with me. You cannot go wrong with Advantage Hyundai if you are looking to buy or lease a Hyundai. Casey made everything east. She was knowledgeable about the car and extremely friendly. After having an awful experience at Atlantic Hyundai my husband and I visited Advantage Hyundai. Everyone here was friendly and went above and beyond for us--(even so much as someone teaching my daughter husband and I visited Advantage Hyundai. Everyone here was friendly and went above and beyond for us--(even so much as someone teaching my daughter how to make hot chocolate). Our salesman, Chris Tempesta and the sales manager Rick Aviles were very helpful and were true to their word. I never felt I was being taken advantage of as I did at Atlantic. The car I bought was exactly what I asked for. Tom Franco did an excellent job getting me approved for a loan (my credit is not the greatest) at terms that were not ridiculously out of control. I will definitely return in the future. More
I was in the market for a new vehicle because the car I had was getting older and I wanted a safer car for myself and my daughter. I decided to go the dealer to look at the Touscon. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a very friendly salesman named Dayshon Wade. He showed me the vehicle and explained the safety features which were very impressive. I test drove the car and became very interested in leasing the vehicle. Rick Aviles worked diligently with Dayshon in developing a leasing plan that would fit in my budget. Rick was extremely accommodating, friendly and sensitive to my financial status. I felt confident that the Touscan would be a great car for me so I proceeded with the lease. I went to the dealership today, February 13th to pick up my new car. Rick appraised my old vehicle and again worked very hard in my behalf. He had a smile on his face and was just as friendly and accommodating as he was the first time I went to the dealer. I am a single parent and I know firsthand how much safety is a priority. I also know how hard it is to support a family. I went to Advantage Hyundai and I am very pleased that Rick was so sensitive to my needs. From the moment I walked through the doors of the dealership till the moment I left, I felt comfortable and relaxed in an extremely pleasant atmosphere. I went to Advantage Hyundai looking for a 2013 Sonata. I had been looking for a while, trying to get out of my 2011 Honda CRV lease. I expected to get the same salesperson runaround, the one where the sale had been looking for a while, trying to get out of my 2011 Honda CRV lease. I expected to get the same salesperson runaround, the one where the salesperson is looking at dollars, instead of looking to help the customer. I understand that there is a bottom line, but being in retail myself, I also understand that the customer is what makes the bottom line. Well, I couldn't have been more surprised and pleased. Casey Engel was the salesperson that introduced herself and showed a real genuine interest in helping me. She showed me the Sonata, but she not only promoted the Sonata, she promoted Hyundai. Her enthusiasm and excitement for Hyundai, was something I had never seen exhibited before by a car salesperson. She mentioned every important feature and option that the Sonata has and pointed out highlights about Hyundai, that I never knew existed. Just one example Casey mentioned....Hyundai manufactures its own steel, which helps cut down the cost of the car. What a great fact to know. Unfortunately, the buyout on my Honda CRV was too high for us to make a deal, that day. I told Casey that I will be back, in the very near future. I am now interested in the new Santa Fe and when I mentioned that to Casey, the same excitement and enthusiasm was there. I will be back to buy a Hyundai from Casey, and only from Casey. More
After having an absolutely terrible experience at the Atlantic automall in West islip I went to advantage Hyundai in Hicksville. I was skeptical about going to any dealership after Atlantic would NOT tell me what the sale price was on the vehicle that I was interested in. WEIRD. I am pretty sure that they were dishonest about the trade in amount they were giving me for the car I was trading in as well. That is the only reason why they wouldn't tell me what the sale price was on the car that I wanted to lease because then id realize that I was getting ripped off. Casey was the complete opposite of the Atlantic automall in that she was actually upfront, honest and willing to answer the numerous(to say the least)questions that I had considering the fact that I was a first time buyer. She gave me a fair trade in value, not one that seemed a little bit high. She also was able to give me almost the same deal that Atlantic was offering on a car that was 2K more. Doing business with Casey was a pleasure and I am glad I stopped into Advantage Hyundai. More

This dealership so far is amazing. Everything is well-organized and runs like a well-oiled machine.
