2024 car was being serviced for check engine light. I was told the car needed a part and it would take about a week. A hybrid Loaner was given to me which stopped working on my way to work one morni I was told the car needed a part and it would take about a week. A hybrid Loaner was given to me which stopped working on my way to work one morning even with a full tank of gas. The loaner had to be towed from the location it died at. I was offered a second loaner that day and was told that I could “hitch” a ride with the tow truck to pick up the SECOND loaner. Unable to wait and hitch the ride I had to get a ride to work. Once the first loaner was towed back to the dealership (this all happening from around 8:30am-4pm.) no one contacted me. I proceeded to call the service department to make sure the second loaner would be there I was informed the loaner was given away by the service reception department since they do not hold loaners and they proceeded to lie and say I told them I wouldn’t need the loaner. The women at the service department aside from Beverly were deplorable and extremely disrespectful. Fast forward to getting my car back two days later filthy with scratches on car which was not there before, fuse panel cover off and on the floor and the key was never left in the vehicle so I proceeded to drive away since I had my second set on me but didn’t realize that until I was already home days later! No one even called to let me know the key was still there! This experience has completely turned me off as I will never use to dealership ever again. More
