was first time using service as car is less then month old ! rubber molding was flapping in breeze on back passenger window ! the promised and promoted selling point of valet pick up drop off was over mon old ! rubber molding was flapping in breeze on back passenger window ! the promised and promoted selling point of valet pick up drop off was over month out , not acceptable esp as big selling point ! took first avail apt with loaner which was about 10 days out ! my other complaint was only one service writer taking card in xx 8am which made it over hour to drop off and get loaner and get back to my office to see patients ! i was 10 min late ! staff super nice , pleasant but spread to thin. not their fault ! also it was obvious the molding needed to replaced so later on day they said i could come pick it up while part was ordered vs keeping the car until fixed which again will require another back and forth trip by either wife or i as full time professionals! More
