She thoroughly reviewed everything with me and made sure I understood the work being performed. I’ve been coming here since 2021 and also purchased my vehicle here. They tolyme they wouldn’t have a loaner for 2 weeks. If I was a regular customer of theirs, I probably would have got one. When I picked up the car, neither the inside or outside was cleaned.
