Had to remind them to put deposit amount on the invoice and subtract it from the total. They never would have done it. And with the surcharge, the deposit came to $515.00 but they only subtracted $500.00 on the invoice. I want my $15.00 back. 3. Included an administrative fee of almost $700.00. This amount was hidden in the total amount of the car on the invoice instead of listing it separately as an itemized addition. Illegal to say the least. 4. Never offered any incentives, rebates, free oil changes, free car washes 5. Would only lower the sticker price if I financed the car instead of paying cash And what was the interest rate?---6% (are they serious?) 6. Asked to see an invoice for the next lower model from the Limited. Car had a running board for an additional $800.00 in small print. Told them I didn't want the running board and they agreed to remove it but they wouldn't remove the $800.00. Very sneaky negotiations to say the least. Don't know how they sleep at night. The plus side is the car is beautiful and runs great (so far). Had to go back to the dealer 3 times--to test drive the car and pay for it, to go back and pick the car up, and again to have them explain how everything works. Car had 37 miles on it. Should have less than 12 miles. Was told the car was driven from Bay Shore. Should have been put on a flat bed truck, not driven. More

They did not explain what work was actually performed, and they charged me $1,000 in labor for replacing a $39 cable. I still do not clearly understand what exactly was done. I chose to go to the official service because I expected better service and transparency, but unfortunately this will be the last time for me. More
