They were efficient. I p brought in my car for state inspection. I was actually very happy with the service, until I signed the paperwork. Two features promised were not received. When I reached out to discuss this issue the next day (via text and phone call), I was signed the paperwork. Two features promised were not received. When I reached out to discuss this issue the next day (via text and phone call), I was promised a phone call. That call never happened. In addition, when I reached out multiple times via text, I received no response. I therefore will not be returning…nor will my husband or son. It’s a shame, since my husband and I had been loyal Hyundai customers for over 10 years. More
