Wednesday June 24. 7:45am appointment. The attendant said the wait time would be 1 hour to 90 min for my oil change. I went over at 95 min to check the status of the ca 7:45am appointment. The attendant said the wait time would be 1 hour to 90 min for my oil change. I went over at 95 min to check the status of the car. He said there were a few recommendations. I said no thank you. I needed to leave. He said he would have my car ready in 15 min. I came back 25 min later. Still not ready. But then he had an attitude and said I should have just left the car andade other arrangements. Then the attendant sitting next to him sarcastically laughed and said to me “what do you expect us to do. The car is on a lift. You just have to wait. That’s it. The waiting room is over there.” Extremely rude and unnecessary. I walked away. 12 mins later my car was ready. Total wait time 2 hours 12 min. Again I was told 1 hour to 90 min. Horrible experience.
