The service that I received at this dealership was exceptional. My only critique is in regard to the 3% surcharge for using a credit card for payment. Going to the dealership is costly enough, that 3% exceptional. My only critique is in regard to the 3% surcharge for using a credit card for payment. Going to the dealership is costly enough, that 3% is just cruel. Furthermore, in my opinion, if the dealership is offering certain specials and the customer is having that work done, the customer should be entitled to ALL deals as opposed to choosing just ONE.
