They were Experienced, professional, courteous, and welcoming. From the manager ( Christian) to the salesperson ( Shantelle) they made us feel comfortable and confident. Everything was explained and demonstrated to us clearly. Upon entering the showroom all the staff were very friendly and great. The sales person delivered the car and helped set up everything. My 2022 Tucson with 34K miles and well maintained, purchased at Holler Hyundai of North Orlando which is also where I worked in sales from 2015-2022 was dropped off on May 13th and was ready for pick purchased at Holler Hyundai of North Orlando which is also where I worked in sales from 2015-2022 was dropped off on May 13th and was ready for pick up June 3rd. I had to initiate follow up to receive updates on my vehicle. The Service department gave me the run around and had no ETA - my service advisor Patrick was absent and on vacation. It wasn’t until I spoke with the Parts Department that I finally understood the time line to expect my vehicle back by. Nobody offered me a loaner and I felt zero customer service. More
