My car was in for a recall, turns out it didn't need the part. It was reset. After going across the street I noticed my time was incorrect and wouldn't reset. Went back to Advantage and Bob and Brian took the time to research the problem, got my time to reset and I was on my way. Great service!!! More

More issues after having work done there I have had my SUV in the service department 5 times this year and every time I take it home, it's wore than before I took it in. The tech guys have sa I have had my SUV in the service department 5 times this year and every time I take it home, it's wore than before I took it in. The tech guys have said they don't know how to fix the problem and I was always getting the run around with getting my SUV in the shop and getting a loaner vehicle to drive. How can a car dealership (new and used) only have 2 cars to lend out to their entire service department's customers? Doesn't make much sense to me. More
Care of customer poor ! Nathan was great in body shop ! Guys fixing car considerent.. however service managers no consideration that we had no car for 7 weeks almost ! Still can’t believe it took that long but that wasn’t my disappointment..Finally a couple of days before my husband pacemaker ( after several pleas ) loaner car that had no air the first time I drove it ! . Kicked in the next afternoon .. Had to pay 2 lease payments while they had car ( and a week of rental ) since they couldn’t help out .. I love my escape . But very unhappy with customer service from managers!!! They just didn’t seem to care we seniors had a car !! More

I talked to Bob and he told I had a warranty for that part. The service dept. in Texas said we didn't I told them to call Bob and he told them where to look and saved us hundreds of dollars. More
definitely not a doctor's office I got into the shop 3 minutes before my appointment. They were ready for me and pulled the truck right in after getting some numbers from the door lab I got into the shop 3 minutes before my appointment. I am very pleased with there promptness and quality of work. More
