Worse experience -parts & service I have been going to this dealership for roughly 3 years for oil changes and I would say, they are impersonal and I am just used to it now that it doe I have been going to this dealership for roughly 3 years for oil changes and I would say, they are impersonal and I am just used to it now that it doesn’t bother me anymore..(full disclosure, I am only talking about parts/service and comparing to Toyota dealership on my prior vehicle for oil changes). But I had to get a diagnostic to find out why my cabin lights were staying on initially, after my windshield was replaced, the glass shop that just replaced my windshield had to pull a fuse to keep the cabin lights off and directed me to seek to find the problem, hence the diagnostic. I got my vehicle back from the glass shop at mid afternoon and called Advantage Dodge if I can come in for a diagnostic, she informed me that 2 hours may not be enough time to find problems when it comes to it being electronic problems. (I was fine with this, and fine leaving the vehicle overnight, at this point). Unfortunately, the next day, I was informed of the problem and I wanted to wait on repairs as I could live with no cabin lights, for a short time to gather up funds for repairs. I advised my advisor to request the service tech, keep the cabin lights off (so my battery would not drain). As I leave, the cabin lights remained on, I asked the advisor & tech, both, of my request, And went back into to let them know the lights are still on, the tech himself, said “there is no fuse/wire/chord for him to pull to turn the lights off, I need to get the bcm unit fixed. The only way the lights will shut off is if the battery dies, or I get the issue fixed” I then informed them the glass shop told me the fuse was in my trunk. But he just mentioned the shop messed with my car so much he doesn’t know how they shut off the lights..I then went to another dealership, and that service tech told me within 15 minutes it was my BCM unit that was out and told me it is fuse 8 in the back to shut off my cabin lights, and he shut off my cabin lights for me. This tech was aware of my distraught/frustration of the Advantage Dodge advisor & tech lying to me, that he did let me know when I do get repairs, I will have to go to a dodge dealership for coding, but I will not be using this specific dealership-Advantage Dodge Chrysler Jeep. More

I met Miguel outside the dealership and he asked what he could help me with, I told him that I wanted to know if I was qualified for a vehicle. He showed me a couple of options and between the two I choose the 2018 Dodge Renegade..I had to leave to attend a class and he was patient and waited for me. From the time we started the application process to receiving a free coffee mug it took less than 1 hr.the team at Advantage Dodge were very professional and polite and understanding. Courteous and quality work I came in to get new tires on my truck. I bought my last set from them.
